微型飛行器模擬轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái)設(shè)計(jì),微型飛行器模擬轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái)設(shè)計(jì),微型,飛行器,模擬,摹擬,轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái),設(shè)計(jì) 微型飛行器模擬轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái)設(shè)計(jì)學(xué)生姓名：徐澤武 班級(jí)：0881054指導(dǎo)老師：朱保利摘要：在微型飛行器的研制過(guò)程中,飛行仿真實(shí)驗(yàn)是必不可少的，飛行仿真實(shí)驗(yàn)主要分為測(cè)試飛機(jī)動(dòng)力性能的風(fēng)洞實(shí)驗(yàn)和測(cè)試飛機(jī)動(dòng)態(tài)控制性能。三軸搖擺臺(tái)是半實(shí)物仿真實(shí)驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)中的一個(gè)關(guān)鍵設(shè)備。本文設(shè)計(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)了一種用于微型飛行器半實(shí)物仿真實(shí)驗(yàn)的多功能飛行模擬轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái)，轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái)可作為低速扎的三軸搖擺臺(tái)，也可以作為高速旋轉(zhuǎn)的一維旋轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái)使用，轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái)通過(guò)獨(dú)立的軸系來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)所需模擬的轉(zhuǎn)角。通過(guò)計(jì)算機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)控制整個(gè)轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái)的轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)。設(shè)計(jì)中采用了齒輪機(jī)構(gòu)、蝸輪蝸桿機(jī)構(gòu)、軟軸機(jī)構(gòu)來(lái)模擬其運(yùn)動(dòng)。本產(chǎn)品的主要功能是在控制系統(tǒng)的作用下，能精確做如下運(yùn)動(dòng)：手動(dòng)步進(jìn)，手動(dòng)步退，自動(dòng)步進(jìn)，自動(dòng)步退。所設(shè)計(jì)的模擬轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái)具有結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、操作方便、可控性較好、功能也較強(qiáng)大等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。關(guān)鍵字：飛行模擬轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái) 仿真實(shí)驗(yàn) 風(fēng)洞實(shí)驗(yàn) 指導(dǎo)老師簽名： Micro air vehicle simulator design Student Name: xu ze wu Class: 0881054 Supervisor： Bao li ZhuAbstract: In miniature aircraft research and manufacture process, flying imitate experiment is essential , flying imitate experiment primarily includes experiment for check the airplane motive function and check airplane dynamic control fuction. A semi-substance simulation test system is developed for the text and experiment of micro sensors and micro measuring units used in micro aerial vehicles. The simulator is designed with double functions. The bottom mechanism provides yawing angular motions. The middle mechanism provides pitching angular motion. And the top mechanism provides rolling angular motion. When the bottom mechanism is used individually, the system works as a rotating table. The mechanical system is constructed with three independent axes to fulfill the corresponding three angular motions. It adopted gear organization, worm, soft stalk organization to imitate three movement in the design.The main function of this product is under the control system, can do movement accurately as follows :step forward as hand control, step backward as hand control, step forward automatically, step backward automatically.
