摘 要本設(shè)計首先對液壓防爆提升機(jī)的用途、工作原理、類型及其發(fā)展歷程進(jìn)行了概述,通過對液壓傳動優(yōu)缺點的分析以及與其它類型提升機(jī)進(jìn)行比較確定了液壓系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計方案。然后通過對其工作環(huán)境和技術(shù)特點的分析,并參考目前國內(nèi)液壓防爆提升機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu),對液壓防爆提升機(jī)的整體結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了設(shè)計,包括鋼絲繩的選擇、卷筒的設(shè)計、主軸裝置的設(shè)計、制動裝置的設(shè)計、液壓系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計以及計算與校核。本設(shè)計由防爆電動機(jī)、低速大扭矩液壓馬達(dá)、軸向柱塞泵、雙聯(lián)葉片泵、多種控制閥、盤形制動器、卷筒、支承軸等部件組成。由于液壓系統(tǒng)部分比較復(fù)雜,為了使提升機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊,提高液壓系統(tǒng)的性能和指標(biāo),將其主回路部分和其它部分分別組合在一起,構(gòu)成主閥組和控制閥組。此液壓提升機(jī)的特點是:采用液壓傳動、采用無級調(diào)速、結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、操縱簡單、采用液壓控制、制動安全可靠,其最大的優(yōu)點是防爆功能。本液壓提升機(jī)用于礦山、港口、碼頭等需要搬運物料的場所,尤其在煤礦井下等含有瓦斯或其它易燃易爆氣體的場所廣泛應(yīng)用。關(guān)鍵詞:液壓提升機(jī); 設(shè)計; 計算; 閥組AbstractThe first design of the hydraulic hoist the use of explosion-proof, principle, type and its development process was outlined by the advantages and disadvantages of hydraulic and other types of analysis and comparison determine elevator hydraulic systems design.
