摘 要 注射成型是熱塑性塑料成型的主要方法之一,可以一次成型形狀復(fù)雜的精密塑件。本次設(shè)計中,主要運用到了所學(xué)的注射模設(shè)計以及相關(guān)機械設(shè)計等方面的知識。分析了一副注射模的一般設(shè)計過程,即注射成型的分析、注射機的選擇及相關(guān)參數(shù)的校核、模具的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計、注射模具設(shè)計的有關(guān)計算、模具總體尺寸的確定與結(jié)構(gòu)草圖的繪制、模具結(jié)構(gòu)總裝圖和零件工作圖的繪制等。設(shè)計主要包括成型位置及分型面的選擇,模具型腔數(shù)的確定及型腔的排列布置和流道布局,還有澆口位置的選擇,模具工作零件的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計,抽芯機構(gòu)的設(shè)計,澆注系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計,推出機構(gòu)的設(shè)計,斜導(dǎo)柱的設(shè)計等。設(shè)計過程主要利用了UG進行三維零件的繪制并根據(jù)設(shè)計計算繪制出模具的型芯和型腔以及基本模架等,然后用Auto CAD進行二維裝配圖和零件圖的繪制,最后通過對整體結(jié)構(gòu)的校核,提高了其穩(wěn)定性和可靠性。關(guān)鍵詞:M120圓盒;注塑模;PS塑料VIAbstractInjection molding is one of the main methods for thermo plastics, and it can once-form delicate plastic members with sophisticated shape. In this design, the knowledge of injection mold design and related mechanical design are mainly used.
