Im _ metres tall.來描述自己和他人的身高。能夠通過比較身高,使用taller和 shorter來描述。3、情感目標(biāo):根據(jù)小學(xué)生的特點(diǎn),激發(fā)學(xué)生持久的學(xué)習(xí)興趣,鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生積極參與,大膽表達(dá),團(tuán)結(jié)協(xié)作。二、教學(xué)重點(diǎn)及難點(diǎn):教學(xué)重點(diǎn):正確使用How tall are you? Im _ metres tall.來描述自己和他人的身高。教學(xué)難點(diǎn):通過比較,正確使用taller和 shorter來描述身邊事物。三、解決重點(diǎn)難點(diǎn)的方法: 通過以學(xué)內(nèi)容How old are you?Im _ years old.來引出今天的重點(diǎn)句型。通過圖片及學(xué)生形象的展示出tall、taller和short、shorter,讓學(xué)生能夠在真實(shí)的情境中進(jìn)行練習(xí)。四、教具準(zhǔn)備:磁帶、錄音機(jī)、圖片、單詞卡片、尺子五、教學(xué)時(shí)間:一課時(shí)六、教學(xué)過程:(一)Class Opening:1、Greeting:T:Good morning,boys and girls .S:Good morning,Miss Li.T:Thank you .Sit down,please.2、Review:T: What day is today?S1: Its Monday, April fifteenth.T: Hows the weather today?S2: The weather is warm and sunny .T: When is your birthday?S3: My birthday is _ .T: How old are you?S3: Im _ years old.T: Do you know how old I am? Can you guess?(讓學(xué)生去猜測(cè)自己的年齡,激起學(xué)生的好奇心,讓學(xué)生迅速進(jìn)入到學(xué)英語的氛圍之中。)T: Do you know how tall am I? 教師利用手勢(shì)提示學(xué)生,使學(xué)生明白教師在說身高。T: Im 1.67 metres tall.(二)New Concepts:1、教學(xué)小數(shù)的讀法T:These numbers are your ages. Now, Ill take a magic to make them small. Look carefully !教師在剛才的年齡的個(gè)位和十位之間加上“.”,How magical.T:教讀這個(gè)神氣的“.” , “point”In Chinese it means “點(diǎn)”,Read after me “point, point”,讓學(xué)生讀一讀由年齡變成的小數(shù),指名讀。One by one.2、利用教具尺子T: What is it?S1: Its a ruler.(tape measrue)T: How long is it?S1: Its five metres.教學(xué)單詞metre(s),之后把剛才的小數(shù)標(biāo)在尺子正確的位置上。加上單位名稱讓學(xué)生再一次讀。one point one metres one point three metres one point seven metres3、教學(xué)句型How tall are you? Im _ metres tall.(1)分別出示姚明和劉翔、以及劉翔和潘長江的合影的圖片T: Whats his name? How tall is he? Who is tall? Who is short?S1: His name is Yao Ming. Yao Ming is 2.26 metres tall.S2: His name is Liu Xiang. Liu Xiang is 1.98 metres tall.S3: Pan Chang Jiang is 1.6 metres tall.讓學(xué)生通過圖片的比較,用漢語說出更高,更低.教師教學(xué)taller, shorter并板書.讓學(xué)生練習(xí)說出句子:Liu Xiang is tall. Yao Ming is taller.Pan Chang Jiang is shorter.Yao Ming is taller. than Liu Xiang.Pan Chang Jiang is shorter than Liu Xiang.(2)、Do you know how tall are you?讓學(xué)生用新句型說說自己的身高.S1、How tall are you?S2、Im _ metres tall.(3)、師生對(duì)比,用short 、tall 來形容。(4)、T: Do you want to know your friends? How tall is your friend? Ask him or her“How tall are you?”教師引導(dǎo)生生問答,鞏固操練新句型。用上:This is _. He/She is _. He/She is_ years old.
