機(jī)械液壓雙流傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)試驗(yàn)臺(tái)設(shè)計(jì)(轉(zhuǎn)向裝置)摘 要機(jī)械液壓雙功率流轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)是履帶車(chē)輛的一種新型轉(zhuǎn)向方式,也就是發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)功率在變速箱的輸入軸上分流,一路功率流向變速箱,一路功率流向由變量泵、定量馬達(dá)及其他控制元件組成的液壓轉(zhuǎn)向調(diào)速系統(tǒng)。本文從整體上論述了機(jī)械液壓雙功率流轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)(轉(zhuǎn)向裝置)性能檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)的測(cè)試原理和設(shè)計(jì)方案,并從硬件和軟件兩方面詳細(xì)闡述了汽車(chē)變速箱性能檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)的組成。介紹了汽車(chē)變速器系統(tǒng)綜合試驗(yàn)臺(tái)的主要構(gòu)成與種類(lèi), 著重在機(jī)械硬件方面去分析研究開(kāi)放式機(jī)械液壓雙功率流轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)(轉(zhuǎn)向裝置)綜合試驗(yàn)臺(tái)的主要結(jié)構(gòu)、特點(diǎn)及工作原理。試驗(yàn)臺(tái)通過(guò)各扭矩轉(zhuǎn)速傳感器測(cè)得的轉(zhuǎn)矩和轉(zhuǎn)速對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)向裝置進(jìn)行性能分析。因試驗(yàn)臺(tái)所用液壓泵的需求,試驗(yàn)臺(tái)設(shè)計(jì)安裝了第一升速裝置,它使液壓泵的輸入扭矩和轉(zhuǎn)速符合液壓泵的要求;又根據(jù)測(cè)功機(jī)的扭矩轉(zhuǎn)速特性曲線選擇安裝了第二升速裝置,使測(cè)功機(jī)的輸入扭矩和轉(zhuǎn)速符合其要求。本論文研究的目的、意義:我國(guó)汽車(chē)、拖拉機(jī)工業(yè)正處于發(fā)展和提升時(shí)期,履帶車(chē)輛雙功率流轉(zhuǎn)向裝置可實(shí)現(xiàn)由方向盤(pán)操縱進(jìn)行精確的方向控制,機(jī)動(dòng)性好等許多優(yōu)點(diǎn),這對(duì)其設(shè)計(jì)制造、性能檢測(cè)與維修提出了迫切要求。為開(kāi)發(fā)具有自主知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的、適合我國(guó)國(guó)情的高性能轉(zhuǎn)向裝置,提出本研究課題。關(guān)鍵詞:雙功率流,轉(zhuǎn)向裝置,試驗(yàn)臺(tái),開(kāi)式DOUBLE MECHANICAL HYDRAULIC POWER TO THE SYSTEM TEST RIG DESIGN DESIGN (STEERIING)ABSTRACTDouble mechanical hydraulic power transfer to the system is tracked vehicles to a new way Engine power is in the gearbox input shaft streaming all the way power flows gearbox, all the way power flows from variable pumps, motors and other quantitative control components of hydraulic steering system speed.
