9、點)Wang LinMaryXu QianMike課 后 反 思我感到非常的幸運,作為一名年輕的教師,能有機(jī)會在縣公開課中展現(xiàn)自己。教學(xué)是永無止境的,我希望自己能夠在每一次的教學(xué)實踐里都能得到些許進(jìn)步。這次的公開課我學(xué)到了很多的東西?,F(xiàn)反思如下:優(yōu)點:1. 教學(xué)目的較明確,通過本堂課的學(xué)習(xí),基本上達(dá)到了預(yù)設(shè)的教學(xué)目標(biāo).2. 上課時面帶微笑,較有親和力。學(xué)生沒有陌生感,樂于參與到課堂活動中來。3. 導(dǎo)入自然,學(xué)生很快進(jìn)入角色。由于借班上課,因此我以他們的英語老師作為導(dǎo)入點,引出生詞。學(xué)生很熟悉,易于引出生詞,并且使學(xué)生容易記住,邊學(xué)邊用。4. 能很好的對學(xué)生的回答作出評價,尊重學(xué)生。缺點:1. 上課的時候與學(xué)生的眼神交流還不夠到位,有個別手勢不夠美觀。2. 由于初次上這么大型的課,又是借班上課,深怕自己上不好,因此表現(xiàn)的不夠自信。3. 由于沒有充分備學(xué)生,個別指令語較難,學(xué)生一下子聽不懂,陷于冷場。4. 在閱讀前聽的這個環(huán)節(jié)中,我本意是讓學(xué)生看屏幕,然后進(jìn)行聽的操練。結(jié)果由于自己一時疏忽,沒有提醒學(xué)生,致使有些學(xué)生在聽的過程中,低頭看書。自我反思有助于改造和提升教師的教學(xué)經(jīng)驗,經(jīng)驗+反思=成長。我希望自己不斷地在教學(xué)實踐中積累經(jīng)驗,在教學(xué)反思中健康成長。
