液壓靜力壓樁機液壓系統(tǒng)總體部分設計液壓靜力壓樁機液壓系統(tǒng)總體部分設計摘要在土木工程施工過程中,首先要進行的是基礎施工.樁基礎是建筑施工特別是高層建筑施工中最為常見的基礎形式.近年來興起的靜力壓樁機由于具有非常明顯的環(huán)保性,十幾年來從廣東珠江三角洲開始由南向北得到了迅速的推廣.液壓靜力壓樁機具有操作簡便、工作效率高、無噪聲和無氣體污染等優(yōu)點,在預制樁的施工過程中得到廣泛的運用。目前在很多城市特別是沿海地區(qū),靜力壓樁機已經(jīng)很普及。對比選擇各基本回路,擬訂了靜力壓樁機的液壓系統(tǒng)原理圖 。比較恒流量和準恒功率兩種液壓系統(tǒng)設計方法,選用準恒功率設計法設計了ZYJ800 型液壓靜力壓樁機的液壓系統(tǒng)。對液壓系統(tǒng)各元件選型,并對壓樁液壓缸、油箱進行了設計計算。本次設計中,我主要對液壓靜力壓樁機的液壓系統(tǒng)進行設計計算跟校核方面的工作,由于傳統(tǒng)液壓系統(tǒng)采用恒流量設計,系統(tǒng)功率按滿足最大流量和額定壓力的要求進行配置,與實際工況不相適應,在壓樁的大部分低阻力階段,都處于“大馬拉小車 ”的工作狀況,而進入高阻力階段時,由于阻力大,必然導致壓樁速度下降,多余的高壓油的壓力只能以熱能的形式從溢流閥泄走,而導致整個壓樁過程能耗高,工作效率低?,F(xiàn)有的液壓技術比較好地解決的這個問題,采用“邊樁”和“角樁”,特別是高承載力管樁、薄壁管樁的廣泛使用和 H 型鋼的出現(xiàn),使大家對其發(fā)展有了更新的認識。關鍵詞:液壓靜力壓樁機;液壓系統(tǒng); 恒流量設計液壓靜力壓樁機液壓系統(tǒng)總體部分設計THE GENERAL PARTS DESIGNING OF HYDRAULICSTATIC PILING MACHINEABSTRACTIn the course of civil engineer ing construction, first of all is the foundation tocarry out the construction.
