本論文根據工程實際的需要完成帶二次頂出機構的注射模具設計。在設計中采用聚乙烯塑料注射而成型，成型方式為一模兩腔，該論文具體分析了產品的工藝性，確定了所采用塑料的工藝參數(shù)和所采用的成型設備，確定了模具制作的總體方案，分析并解決了模具的總體結構和各工作部分的具體結構，并進行了一些必要的尺寸計算和強度的校核。該論文還對分型面、澆注系統(tǒng)和脫模機構進行了分析設計，完成了模具工程圖設計，最后進行了主要零件加工工藝設計，圓滿完成了模具設計所要求的各項工作。
通過設計，綜合應用了大學期間的多數(shù)基礎和專業(yè)知識，加深所學知識體系，熟悉了工程應用設計。

Through the design, the comprehensive application of the majority of the college foundation and expertise to enhance the knowledge system, familiar with the design of engineering applications.
