Revision.The teacher and a student show adialogue. “Where are you going? To the _. Its far. I ride a

2、bicycle.” （通過師生間的對話引出學(xué)生間的口語交際訓(xùn)練，為運用新授知識做準備。）Step2. Presentation.1.Ask “Where are you going? To the_. Its far. Lets take a bus.”2. “Car, truck, cab” will be say by students. Read and spell a few time.3.Explain “cab” is short for “taxicab”Step3. Practice.1.Practice the new word with a game. “Guess the

3、 words” E.g. The teacher says the words quietly, the students guess what it is. 2. Use the puppet “Danny” show the dialogue “Where are you going? To the_. Its near/far.
