6、展了學(xué)用渠道,改變了傳統(tǒng)課堂上以書(shū)本為主的弊端，增大了學(xué)生的知識(shí)容量。2開(kāi)展多種形式的課堂互動(dòng)，充分發(fā)揮小組協(xié)作的優(yōu)勢(shì)課堂開(kāi)展師生互動(dòng)、生生互動(dòng)等多邊活動(dòng)，充分調(diào)動(dòng)學(xué)生的課堂參與積極性。我為本課設(shè)計(jì)了師生對(duì)話、配對(duì)練習(xí)、小組活動(dòng)等形式多樣的、有利于學(xué)生參與的課堂活動(dòng)，使學(xué)生真正成為課堂的主人，形成積極的學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度。課后調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn)，每位學(xué)生都獲得了表演展示的機(jī)會(huì)，充分體現(xiàn)了學(xué)生的個(gè)性，實(shí)現(xiàn)了才能的展示，有力地證明了小組互助學(xué)習(xí)的優(yōu)勢(shì)。任務(wù)型教學(xué)在很大程度上以學(xué)生的個(gè)體活動(dòng)或小組活動(dòng)為主要形式，因此，如何才能做到充分調(diào)動(dòng)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的積極性以及充分發(fā)揮個(gè)體活動(dòng)的最高水平是至關(guān)重要的，即教師如何才能做到
7、既放得開(kāi)學(xué)生，讓學(xué)生們自己去開(kāi)展小組內(nèi)的學(xué)習(xí)活動(dòng)，又能控制住每一組學(xué)生都能夠保證注意力在課堂上。我想我們可以嘗試成立固定的小組，選好組長(zhǎng)，加強(qiáng)小組的力量，發(fā)揮小組長(zhǎng)的作用，做好學(xué)生的思想工作。但我們要在課前對(duì)小組長(zhǎng)進(jìn)行培訓(xùn)，如：使他們明白自己身為小組長(zhǎng)的責(zé)任，重要性；教給小組長(zhǎng)如何組織活動(dòng)？當(dāng)組員不會(huì)說(shuō)英語(yǔ)時(shí)怎么辦？等等。小組長(zhǎng)是老師的助手，要在自己學(xué)會(huì)的同時(shí)，還要以自己學(xué)習(xí)的體會(huì)教給同學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的方法。3拓展學(xué)生的視野，培養(yǎng)他們的文化意識(shí)。在本單元的課堂教學(xué)中，我注重了對(duì)學(xué)生的文化滲透，在談?wù)摻】蹬c疾病這一話題時(shí)，增加了對(duì)英語(yǔ)國(guó)家文化的了解，拓展了學(xué)生的文化視野，閱讀中外名人的故事，在加深對(duì)

9、數(shù)同學(xué)表現(xiàn)積極，教學(xué)效果很好，但也存在一些問(wèn)題，如相當(dāng)一部分同學(xué)雖然能在老師的提示下，很流利地用英語(yǔ)跟別人進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)單的問(wèn)候與交流，但在寫(xiě)作時(shí)往往出現(xiàn)很多錯(cuò)誤，考試起來(lái)也拿不到高分，課堂上的45分鐘，遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不能滿足學(xué)生考高分的需求，我只有鼓勵(lì)孩子多進(jìn)行課外閱讀，對(duì)于有條件的學(xué)生，可以幫他們找到好的網(wǎng)址，教他們上網(wǎng)查詢相關(guān)資料，也可以在班級(jí)開(kāi)設(shè)英語(yǔ)角，征訂幾份英語(yǔ)報(bào)紙或雜志，讓學(xué)生以小組為單位，每周出一份英語(yǔ)黑板報(bào)等，并對(duì)每期板報(bào)進(jìn)行評(píng)估，評(píng)選出最優(yōu)秀的小組和組員，進(jìn)行適當(dāng)?shù)莫?jiǎng)勵(lì)。每位學(xué)生在學(xué)習(xí)中表現(xiàn)出的潛力都是無(wú)限的，只要教師用心挖掘，就一定會(huì)有意外的收獲。5Plan for every perio
