磨料磨損試驗(yàn)機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)
摘 要
目前磨料磨損試驗(yàn)機(jī)的品種繁多，也有不少人在研究新型的試驗(yàn)機(jī)。在國內(nèi)的相關(guān)研究中則廣泛使用的試驗(yàn)機(jī)有滾子式磨損試驗(yàn)機(jī)、四球式磨料磨損試驗(yàn)機(jī)、往復(fù)式磨料磨損試驗(yàn)機(jī)、磨損試驗(yàn)機(jī)、盤銷式磨料磨損試驗(yàn)機(jī)等。磨料磨損試驗(yàn)的目的是為了對磨損現(xiàn)象及其本質(zhì)進(jìn)行研究，正確地評(píng)價(jià)各種因素對磨料磨損性能的影響，從而確定符合使用要求的摩擦副元件的最優(yōu)參數(shù)。
我所設(shè)計(jì)的是磨料磨損的試驗(yàn)機(jī)。是用電機(jī)帶動(dòng)帶輪為驅(qū)動(dòng)，利用帶式傳動(dòng)使整臺(tái)設(shè)備運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。這種試驗(yàn)機(jī)是進(jìn)行磨料磨損的有效設(shè)備，廣泛運(yùn)用于對各種高速刀具的磨損性能進(jìn)行測試和評(píng)價(jià)，是高速切削和新型刀具材料研制開發(fā)和應(yīng)用的必備設(shè)備。該設(shè)備是高速加工和刀具材料研究方向研究工作急需的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)備，該設(shè)備可以擴(kuò)展該學(xué)科的研究領(lǐng)域和提高研究水平。是綜合各種試驗(yàn)機(jī)的一種先進(jìn)的設(shè)備。

Abstract
The abrasive wear test machine of the variety, there are a lot of people in the study of new type of testing machine. What I design is at a high temperature abrasive wear testing machine. Is driven by a motor belt wheel for driving belt transmission, using the whole device operation, this machine is of high speed friction and wear behavior of effective equipment, is widely used for various high temperature friction and wear properties of high speed cutting tool for testing and evaluation, is of high speed cutting and new cutting tool materials research and development and application of the necessary equipment. The device is of high speed machining and tool material research direction research work needed infrastructure equipment, the equipment can be extended to the field of study and improve research level. Is a comprehensive test machine is a kind of advanced equipment.
