Although its a language which looks simpler than it actually is.Simple: easily done or understood. 簡單的Grammar Points狀語從句用一個句子(從句)來作另一個句子(主句)的狀語, 用作狀語的句子就叫作狀語從句。作什么樣的狀語就叫什么類型的狀語從句。例如:條件狀語從句就是用一個句子來作條件狀語。二. 狀語從句的分類及連詞1). 時間狀語從句連詞: when, before, after, until, as soon as, as, while 等。 2). 條件狀語從句連詞: if3). 地點狀語從句: 常用where(哪里)和wherever(無論哪里)引導(dǎo)。4). 原因狀語從句: 常用的引導(dǎo)連詞有because, as和since,三者的區(qū)別是:在回答問題的時候,使用because;對于顯而易見的原因,常用as或since。as和since的從句常放在主句之前,而because的從句常放在主句之后。 5). 目的狀語從句: 常用的引導(dǎo)連詞有so that, that和in order that 譯為:以便, 為了, 目的是。6)讓步狀語從句:although, though7)比較狀語從句: than; as8)結(jié)果狀語從句: sothat;suchthatThe Attributive Clause 定語從句 定語從句的概念 用作定語的從句叫做定語從句。定語從句通常置于它所修飾的名詞(或代詞)之后,這種名詞(或代詞)叫做先行詞。引導(dǎo)定語從句的關(guān)聯(lián)詞為關(guān)系代詞和關(guān)系副詞。關(guān)系代詞(who,whom, whose,that,which等)在定語從句中可用作主語、定語、賓語等;關(guān)系副詞(when,where,why等)在定語從句中只用作狀語。II. 關(guān)系代詞先行詞關(guān)系代詞用:在定從中充當?shù)某煞秩藈ho主 / 賓whom賓人/物that主/賓物which主/賓人/物whose=of whom/which定語II. 關(guān)系副詞先行詞關(guān)系副詞用:在定從中充當?shù)某煞謺r間名詞when =at/in/on which時間狀語地點名詞where =at/in/on which地點狀語 原因名詞why =for which原因狀語Step Pair work Step Pronunciation and speakingPronunciation Ask students to listen to and then read the passage in Activity 7.
