關(guān)于管道相貫線自動(dòng)切割機(jī)器人切割系統(tǒng)的研究
摘要 相貫線切割機(jī)器人是用于管道相貫線切割的自動(dòng)化工業(yè)機(jī)器人。長(zhǎng)期以來,由于相貫線數(shù)控切割設(shè)備成本太高,國(guó)內(nèi)大部分企業(yè)仍舊停留在手工切割相貫線的階段,效率低下,加工精度低,切割質(zhì)量差。因此研究低成本的相貫線切割機(jī)器人具有十分重要的研究意義及工程應(yīng)用前景。
本文首先針對(duì)相貫線切割機(jī)器人的主體機(jī)構(gòu)原理進(jìn)行分析。而后應(yīng)用大型工程軟件PROE對(duì)相貫線切割機(jī)器人進(jìn)行了三維建模和虛擬裝配。接著簡(jiǎn)單介紹了一下等離子切割系統(tǒng),并選擇了一個(gè)市場(chǎng)上已有的等離子切割系統(tǒng)作為相貫線切割機(jī)器人的執(zhí)行末端。使用通用有限元分析軟件ANSYS對(duì)相貫線切割機(jī)器人切割系統(tǒng)的部分零件理論設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行了計(jì)算與校核。最后簡(jiǎn)單介紹了一下相貫線切割機(jī)器人控制系統(tǒng)的控制原理。
總之,相貫線切割機(jī)器人必將會(huì)在未來工程中得到越來越多的應(yīng)用。

Cutting System of pipeline Intersection Line Auto-cutting Robot
Abstract Robot of Intersection line Cutting is an industrial robot for cutting intersection line on the surface of pipe-line. Ever since a long time ago, most of companies are still cutting intersection line by hand because of Equipment costs are too high. So they have low efficiency, low machining accuracy and bad cutting quality. Therefore to find the Robot of Intersection line Cut with low costs have the extremely important research significance and the project application prospect.
Firstly, this paper studies the robot’s principle of its main body. And then, 3D models are built by PROE, a large-scale engineering software, and be virtual assembled. Next, Plasma Cutting System was simply introduced. Then, a Plasma Cutting System on sale was chose to be the implementation of the end of the robot. Also, theoretical results are validated using ANSYS software, a kind of Finite Element Analysis software. Last, the control system of the robot was simply introduced.
In a word, Robot of Intersection line Cutting can be hopefully used in many fields.
