鹽城工學(xué)院本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明書 2011后制動(dòng)板三大孔粗精鏜機(jī)床總體設(shè)計(jì)及電氣控制部分設(shè)計(jì)摘要：本課題來(lái)源于江蘇高精機(jī)電裝備公司，課題基于PLC可編程邏輯控制技術(shù)，進(jìn)行了后制動(dòng)板粗精鏜機(jī)床總體設(shè)計(jì)及電氣控制部分設(shè)計(jì)，實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)傳統(tǒng)繼電器-接觸器控制技術(shù)改造。該機(jī)床是可用于孔粗、精鏜加工的雙面臥式雙工位結(jié)構(gòu)專用機(jī)床,能實(shí)現(xiàn)調(diào)整、循環(huán)兩種工作方式。課題首先對(duì)現(xiàn)代可編程控制技術(shù)的應(yīng)用、發(fā)展趨勢(shì)作了簡(jiǎn)單的介紹，然后根據(jù)機(jī)床的基本技術(shù)要求對(duì)機(jī)床進(jìn)行電氣總體分布設(shè)計(jì)，接下來(lái)根據(jù)機(jī)床的操作需要對(duì)機(jī)床的操作面板進(jìn)行按鈕布置，并根據(jù)該機(jī)床的電氣控制原理對(duì)該機(jī)床電氣控制部分的主電路和控制電路進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。最后，詳細(xì)介紹了PLC技術(shù)和三菱FX2N型PLC,同時(shí)根據(jù)需要使用了40個(gè)輸入接點(diǎn)和30個(gè)輸出接點(diǎn)，并使用三菱PLC編程軟件對(duì)機(jī)床的夾具、滑臺(tái)以及主軸的調(diào)整和循環(huán)動(dòng)作進(jìn)行PLC編程。將PLC技術(shù)應(yīng)用于后制動(dòng)板鏜床組合機(jī)床，使該機(jī)床實(shí)現(xiàn)了除裝卸工件以外的全部自動(dòng)循環(huán)過(guò)程，避免了過(guò)去由于大量使用繼電器帶來(lái)的種種麻煩，改善并提高了控制性能，提高了生產(chǎn)效率，降低了生產(chǎn)成本。關(guān)鍵詞：后制動(dòng)板；粗精鏜；機(jī)床；電氣控制；PLCThree holes of the brake plate coarse boring machine part of the overall design and design of electrical control朗讀顯示對(duì)應(yīng)的拉丁字符的拼音字典Abstract: This topic comes from high-precision mechanical and electrical equipment company in Jiangsu, which is subject-based PLC programmable logic control technology were boring after the braking plate coarse overall design of machine tools and electrical control design, implementation of the traditional relay - contactor control transformation .
