微型貨車鋼板彈簧的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)與校核

 摘要:本次設(shè)計(jì)中首先介紹了鋼板彈簧的發(fā)展歷程并且對(duì)其未來(lái)的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)作出分析;然后分析了鋼板彈簧對(duì)汽車造成的影響有哪些,比如平順性和操作穩(wěn)定性等方面;接著根據(jù)鋼板彈簧各個(gè)結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)和具體車型的使用用途,對(duì)各主要零部件進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)上的選型和計(jì)算;

因?yàn)殇摪鍙椈上噍^于其它的彈簧有結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單,維修方便等優(yōu)點(diǎn)所以在載貨汽車上有普遍的應(yīng)用。同時(shí)它的缺點(diǎn)是也使得它無(wú)法應(yīng)用在獨(dú)立懸架的汽車上,明顯的缺點(diǎn)有鋼板彈簧懸架具有較大的重量,較為長(zhǎng)的縱向尺寸,同時(shí)有較強(qiáng)的剛度,使得舒適性相對(duì)來(lái)說(shuō)也是較差,并且鋼板彈簧懸架在與車架進(jìn)行連接的部位也容易在使用中產(chǎn)生磨損。

在這次的設(shè)計(jì)中我們著重對(duì)微型貨車的鋼板彈簧進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),通過(guò)計(jì)算并繪制出圖紙。

Structure design and check core of micro steel plate spring

Abstract:First, the paper introduces the development of leaf spring and analyzes its future development trend Then, it analyzes the influence of leaf spring on automobile, such as ride comfort and operation stability Then the detailed design steps and design requirements of leaf spring are described, and the structure selection and calculation of the main parts are made The arc height and curvature radius of the leaf spring are calculated, and the strength and stiffness of the material is checked and checked, and the steel spring is checked.

Because the leaf spring has the advantages of simple structure and convenient maintenance compared to other springs, it has a common application in the truck. At the same time, its disadvantage is that it can not be applied on the automobile
