7、人力資源配備 human resource requirements 4.1.1. 崗位說明書position requirements description 4.1.1.1. 各部門編制本部門的 部 崗位說明書,明確各崗位對(duì)從業(yè)人員的學(xué)歷、培訓(xùn)、工作經(jīng)歷、資格的具體要求。(詳見附件崗位說明書制作審批流程圖)The related departments will work out the to clear the work position requirements, include the education, training, work experience and qualific

9、人事行政部統(tǒng)一整理,人員需求計(jì)劃需定后,人事行政部召開年度人力需求計(jì)劃會(huì)議,并將結(jié)果交由主管副總經(jīng)理審核,總經(jīng)理批準(zhǔn)后實(shí)施.The related departments will determine the employee demands based on the company business plan at the Dec every year, and hand over to the administration department. Only when the interview exam score are more than 80%, and the skill exam score are more than 60%, the person will take part in the oral exam. 4.3.6.4. 口試 oral exam 面試崗位及人員權(quán)限參照上表,所有口試須填寫面試評(píng)價(jià)表。并填寫面試結(jié)果,多人面試時(shí)必須有2/3人員同意方可正試錄用。薪資皆由副總經(jīng)理以上人員確認(rèn)方可生效The recruit position and related autho

40、. 4.5.3.2. 培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃內(nèi)容 training plan contents 4.5.3.2.1. 課程編號(hào)、課程名稱。Lecture number and name. 4.5.3.2.2. 訓(xùn)練方式(內(nèi)訓(xùn)外訓(xùn))。Training methods, internal training/external training4.5.3.2.3. 受訓(xùn)對(duì)象、講師、費(fèi)用預(yù)算等。Lecturer, budget and the trained employees. 4.5.4. 內(nèi)部培訓(xùn) internal training4.5.4.1. 內(nèi)部培訓(xùn)是指由公司或工廠以自有設(shè)備、師資實(shí)施的培訓(xùn)。The i

43、cording to their own needs, to let the related employees take part in the domestic and overseas training, pro-seminar, or delegation visit, the shall be filled. 4.5.5.2. 各部門或個(gè)人未經(jīng)總經(jīng)理同意,不得自行收受培訓(xùn)有關(guān)資料自行辦理(自費(fèi)不在此限)。The related departments or persons cannot take part in the training without approval by the

44、 general manager, except the expenditure will be paid by individual. 4.5.5.3. 原則上在正常工作時(shí)間外,公司不派員參加外部培訓(xùn)。如員工自愿在正常工作時(shí)間外參加培訓(xùn),需填寫自愿參加委外培訓(xùn)申請(qǐng)單,不得要求公司給予補(bǔ)休或發(fā)給加班費(fèi)。The company will not let employee take part in the external training in the normal working times. If the employee can take part in the training in t

45、he no-working time, and will not ask the company give the rest time and additional work charges. 4.5.6. 成果評(píng)估 effectiveness evaluation 4.5.6.1. 教育訓(xùn)練研習(xí)心得依下列規(guī)定呈核:Training achievement shall be given in the followed requirements.4.5.6.1.1. 凡參加外部培訓(xùn)者,應(yīng)于事后七個(gè)工作日內(nèi),向人事行政部門繳交培訓(xùn)之講義及委外培訓(xùn)評(píng)估暨心得報(bào)告正本。未依規(guī)定者,自發(fā)生日起至次年底止

46、,取消其提出申請(qǐng)參加外部培訓(xùn)資格,除非總經(jīng)理核準(zhǔn)之培訓(xùn)課程。The shall be handed over to the administration department after the training is over 7 working days, or the related person will not be permitted to take part in the external training before the end of next year, except approved by the general manager. 4.5.6.1.2. 外部培訓(xùn)如果是

47、外面教師到公司內(nèi)部進(jìn)行培訓(xùn),則不必按4.2.6.1.1的規(guī)定辦理,可以不填寫委外培訓(xùn)評(píng)估暨心得報(bào)告,并按內(nèi)部培訓(xùn)辦理簽到表、教材存檔(如果屬于供應(yīng)商提供的培訓(xùn),則不必提供教材)。If the external tutors do the training in the company, the 4.2.6.1.1 will no be followed, the will not be filled, and the training attendance list will be filled, and the teaching material will be archived. 4.5.

48、6.1.3. 內(nèi)部培訓(xùn):廠內(nèi)培訓(xùn)完畢,可將測(cè)驗(yàn)、問卷、上課情況、業(yè)務(wù)實(shí)作等作為驗(yàn)收成果。Internal training: after the internal training is end, the training effectiveness evaluation will be done by the exam, questionnaire, operation, etc. 4.5.6.2. 凡經(jīng)指派接受教育訓(xùn)練人員,因該項(xiàng)目或課目取得結(jié)業(yè)證明或執(zhí)照者,應(yīng)提供復(fù)印件給人事行政部留存。If the related qualification certificate will be gi

49、ven to the trained person, the copy will be kept in the administration department. 4.5.6.3. 接受培訓(xùn)人員上課期間視同上班,不得任意缺席遲到。若因特殊事故未能參加者,應(yīng)事先請(qǐng)假。The training time will be regarded as the work time, and cannot be delay or absence. The leave application will be approved in advance if cannot take part in the trai

50、ning for special reasons. 4.5.7. 培訓(xùn)考核與資格認(rèn)可 training assess and qualification acceptance4.5.7.1. 新入職培訓(xùn)由人事行政部考核,崗位培訓(xùn)由部門實(shí)施考核,其他內(nèi)部實(shí)施的培訓(xùn)由實(shí)施部門組織必要的考核。(筆試60分為合格,60為不合格,口試OK為合格,NG為不合格。其它考核方式指雙向溝通、互動(dòng)游戲等。)The new employee training will be assessed by the administration department, the on-the-job training will
