靠背固定板級進模設(shè)計摘 要:本設(shè)計題目為靠背固定板級進模設(shè)計,體現(xiàn)了沖孔彎曲類零件的設(shè)計要求、內(nèi)容及方向,有一定的設(shè)計意義。通過對該零件模具的設(shè)計,進一步加強了設(shè)計者級進模設(shè)計的基礎(chǔ)知識,為設(shè)計更復(fù)雜的級進模具做好了鋪墊和吸取了更深刻的經(jīng)驗。本設(shè)計運用沖裁彎曲成型工藝及模具設(shè)計的基礎(chǔ)只是,首先分析了制件的成本及性能要求,為選取工藝方案適合的模具類型做好了準(zhǔn)備;然后分析了制件的形狀大小,便于選取模具;最后分析了制件的特征,確定模具的設(shè)計參數(shù)、設(shè)計要點及模架的選取。 本制件是靠背固定板零件級進模設(shè)計,將落料和沖孔、彎曲等設(shè)計在一副模具中,模具操作簡便,生產(chǎn)效率高,性能可靠。本設(shè)計通過零件的工藝性綜合分析,包括零件的經(jīng)濟性綜合分析,沖壓工藝性分析,沖壓工藝方案的分析和確定,從方案一、方案二、方案三、方案四、方案五中進行了方案性能的比較,最終確定了方案。然后進行工藝計算,其中包括坯料尺寸計算,排樣和裁板方案,采用的裁法,步距精確度的確定,沖壓力的計算 ,落料的工序、沖孔的工序、彎曲的工序,以及的模具結(jié)構(gòu)形式的選擇,卸料裝置、定位裝置、模具及凸模和凹模的刃口尺寸的確定和校核。最后還有模具整體設(shè)計,模具工作零件設(shè)計,等等一系列的設(shè)計,本設(shè)計中都一一進行了闡述。才有了這么一套完整的設(shè)計。闡述了級進模的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計工程及其工作過程,通過系統(tǒng)的工藝分析,采用沖孔、落料等工序進行加工。通過計算工藝力以確定模具壓力中心,并選擇壓力機的型號。落料凹模通過凹模固定板與下模座連接來固定。模具采用下出料方式和卸料裝置。本模具結(jié)構(gòu)一般,性能可靠,工作平穩(wěn),提高了生產(chǎn)效率,降低勞動強度和生產(chǎn)成本。彎曲類模具又是冷沖模的一種,是指通過一定工序?qū)⑴髁蠜_裁成形的模具。按照沖壓的工藝性質(zhì)分類,彎曲模具是使材料發(fā)生塑性變形的沖裁模具。本課題內(nèi)容也包括對該零件進行沖壓工藝分析和有關(guān)工藝計算,確定合理的沖壓工藝方案,設(shè)計沖壓工序的兩套模具,正確的選用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)零件和其它的零件,對沖壓結(jié)構(gòu)進行了工藝分析已選取壓力機。繪制模具二維裝配圖和零件圖。通過對級進模模具設(shè)計,以鞏固和深化所學(xué)知識。|搜彎曲沖裁多工位級進模,根據(jù)設(shè)計零件的尺寸、材料、批量生產(chǎn)等要求,首先分析零件的工藝性,確定沖裁工藝方案及模具結(jié)構(gòu)方案,然后通過工藝設(shè)計技術(shù),確定排樣,計算沖壓力和壓力中心,初選壓力機,計算凸、凹模尺寸和公差,最后設(shè)計選用零、部件,對壓力機進行校核,繪制模具總裝草圖以及三維實體圖,以及對模具主要零件的加工工藝規(guī)程。其中在結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計中,主要對凸模、凹模、定位零件、卸料裝置等進行了設(shè)計,對于部分零件選用的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件,本文就沒深入設(shè)計,并且在結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計的同時,對部分零部件進行了加工工藝分析,最終才完成本畢業(yè)設(shè)計。關(guān)鍵詞:級進模,沖壓工藝,模具設(shè)計,沖孔,落料Design of progressive die for backrest board levelABSTRACT:The topic of this design is the design of progressive die for backrest board level, reflect the contents and requirements, design of punching direction of bending parts, the design of a certain significance.
