6、講解虛擬語(yǔ)氣在條件狀語(yǔ)從句中與名詞性從句中的運(yùn)用。 一、虛擬語(yǔ)氣在if條件句中的用法 名師點(diǎn)津 (1)在虛擬語(yǔ)氣中,be動(dòng)詞的過(guò)去式,通常各種人稱都用were;但在口語(yǔ)中,如果主語(yǔ)是單數(shù)第三人稱,有時(shí)也可用was。 (2)幾種特殊情況: ①用介詞without, but for短語(yǔ)作條件,代替if條件句。 But for the wise leadership of our Party, we wouldn't live such a happy life. 要不是我們黨的英明領(lǐng)導(dǎo),我們就不會(huì)過(guò)上這么幸福的生活。 ②隱含條件句:用but或otherwise連接前后句,隱

7、藏虛擬條件。 The rescue arrived in time, otherwise they would have been frozen to death. 援救人員及時(shí)趕到,否則他們?cè)缇蛢鏊懒恕? ③錯(cuò)綜時(shí)間條件句:虛擬條件和結(jié)果不在一個(gè)時(shí)間段內(nèi)。 If I had followed the doctor's advice I wouldn't suffer so much now. 要是我當(dāng)時(shí)接受了醫(yī)生的建議,我現(xiàn)在或許不會(huì)受如此大的苦了。 ④倒裝句:虛擬條件句中,如有助動(dòng)詞were, had或should,可略掉if,并將助動(dòng)詞提到主語(yǔ)之前,形成倒裝。 Should

13、e drawn a portrait of her 二、虛擬語(yǔ)氣在賓語(yǔ)從句中的用法 名師點(diǎn)津 (1)在英語(yǔ)中,表示請(qǐng)求、要求、命令或建議等意義的動(dòng)詞所接的賓語(yǔ)從句中,一般用虛擬語(yǔ)氣,其謂語(yǔ)動(dòng)詞結(jié)構(gòu)為:(should+)動(dòng)詞原形。 口訣記憶虛擬動(dòng)詞 對(duì)于這類動(dòng)詞,我們可以使用下面的口訣記憶: 一堅(jiān)持(insist) 二命令(order, command) 三建議(suggest, propose, advise) 四要求(require, request, demand, desire) (2)insist意為“堅(jiān)決要求”才用虛擬語(yǔ)氣;意為“堅(jiān)持說(shuō),堅(jiān)持某種觀點(diǎn)、某個(gè)

The Washed Ashore project, led by the artist called Pozzi, works to raise awareness about plastic pollution in Earth's oceans. More than 315 billion pounds of plastic litter the world's oceans today. 33、stic is garbage from towns and cities, as well as trash that people leave on beaches. Rainwater, winds, and high tides bring the trash into the ocean or into rivers that lead to the ocean. Once it is under the waves, the plastic begins to break up into smaller and smaller pieces. Thousands of sea a

34、nimals die each year from eating plastic bags and other things. Each year, millions more pounds of plastic end up in the ocean. A recent study found that if that continues, by 2050 the total weight of plastic will be more than that of all the fish in the ocean. The Washed Ashore project is working

35、to stop that from happening. Since 2010, Washed Ashore volunteers have collected 38,000 pounds of plastic trash from more than 300 miles of beaches. They helped Pozzi create more than 60 artworks of sea creatures harmed by plastic pollution. “These artworks are a powerful reminder of our personal r
