摘要
汽車(chē)轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)分為機(jī)械式轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)和動(dòng)力力式式轉(zhuǎn)向系。其中動(dòng)力式的是在機(jī)械轉(zhuǎn)向器基礎(chǔ)上發(fā)展的。
動(dòng)力轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)是一套兼用駕駛員體力和發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)動(dòng)力為轉(zhuǎn)向能源的轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)。在正常情況下，汽車(chē)轉(zhuǎn)向所需的能量只有一小部分由駕駛員提供，而大部分能量由發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)通過(guò)轉(zhuǎn)向加力裝置提供。但在轉(zhuǎn)向加力裝置失效時(shí)，一般還應(yīng)當(dāng)能由駕駛員獨(dú)立承擔(dān)汽車(chē)轉(zhuǎn)向任務(wù)。因此，在今天，動(dòng)力式轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)因其優(yōu)良的穩(wěn)定性和可操作性開(kāi)始?jí)艛嗍袌?chǎng)。而滑閥式常流液壓動(dòng)力轉(zhuǎn)向器由于其結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單，造價(jià)低，泄漏較少，消耗功率較小等優(yōu)點(diǎn)曾被廣泛應(yīng)用。例如斯達(dá)-斯太爾91系列、CQ30290、黃河地盤(pán)等均采用滑閥式常流液壓動(dòng)力轉(zhuǎn)向器。
因此，本設(shè)計(jì)將針對(duì)重型載貨汽車(chē)，進(jìn)行滑閥式常流液壓助力轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算。

Abstract
Automotive steering system is divided into mechanical power steering system and power steering system type. One type is the mechanical power steering on the basis of development.

Therefore, the design for the heavy-duty truck to carry out regular flow of slide-valve-type hydraulic power steering gear design calculations.
