I摘 要本次課題設(shè)計的是自動折蓋封箱機,采用兩側(cè)摩擦帶驅(qū)動來進(jìn)行封箱的方案,上封箱、經(jīng)濟、快速、平穩(wěn)。這次設(shè)計的自動折蓋封箱機,可以根據(jù)紙箱規(guī)格,通過感應(yīng)裝置調(diào)節(jié)寬度及高度,可單機作業(yè),也可與 自動化包裝流水線配套使用。工作時,把紙箱從機臺輸入端推入(箱子頂部的封口蓋須豎起),被輸送帶帶動時松開手,當(dāng)紙箱碰到后折蓋控制開關(guān)時,氣缸活塞伸出,推動后折蓋板升起,當(dāng)紙箱完全經(jīng)過后折蓋控制開關(guān)時,后折蓋控制開關(guān)復(fù)位,此時氣缸活塞收縮,后折蓋板落下,壓住紙箱后蓋,紙箱兩側(cè)蓋在擺桿作用下完成側(cè)蓋折蓋動作,即可完成折蓋封箱目的。折蓋順序為:前蓋、后蓋、左右側(cè)蓋。當(dāng)箱體運行至刀架位置時,箱體將刀架和前膠帶壓輪壓退位,而后膠帶壓輪在四桿機構(gòu)的作用下與前膠帶壓輪保持同步運動而退位,并使前面的膠帶與紙箱貼合并封箱。隨著箱體前進(jìn),膠帶不斷地抽出封在箱體上。當(dāng)箱體的后部離開刀架時,前膠帶壓輪由于四桿機構(gòu)的作用與后膠帶壓輪的運動一致,而刀架受彈簧彈力作用,復(fù)位彈起,切斷膠帶。當(dāng)箱體運動至離開后膠帶壓輪時,后膠帶壓輪也由于受可調(diào)彈簧回位作用而復(fù)位,使連在箱體上最后的膠帶也貼在箱體上,完成后段封箱任務(wù)。該論文詳細(xì)說明了本次封箱機設(shè)計的步驟及其依據(jù)。包括設(shè)計方案的選擇、電機的選擇、工作臺部件的設(shè)計、折蓋封箱部件、頂式部件設(shè)計和刀片的設(shè)計。關(guān)鍵詞:封箱機;四桿機構(gòu);工作臺部件;刀架部件;刀片設(shè)計;折蓋封箱部件;折蓋順序IIAbstractThis topic is the design of case erector, using both sides of friction tape drive to seal box scheme, sealing, economic, fast, stable.
