0摘 要傳送帶在先進(jìn)制造領(lǐng)域中扮演著極其重要的角色。它可以搬運貨物、分揀物品、代替人的繁重勞動??梢詫崿F(xiàn)生產(chǎn)的機械化和自動化,能在有害環(huán)境下操作以保護(hù)人身安全,因此被廣泛應(yīng)用于機械制造、冶金、電子、輕工和原子能等部門。本文在縱觀了近年來傳送帶發(fā)展?fàn)顩r的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合傳送帶方面的設(shè)計,對傳送帶技術(shù)進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的分析,提出了 PLC 控制的設(shè)計方案。采用整體化的設(shè)計思想,充分考慮了軟、硬件各自的特點并進(jìn)行互補優(yōu)化。對物料分揀傳送帶的整體結(jié)構(gòu)、執(zhí)行結(jié)構(gòu)、驅(qū)動系統(tǒng)和控制系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了分析和設(shè)計。在其驅(qū)動系統(tǒng)中采用氣動驅(qū)動,控制系統(tǒng)中選擇 PLC 的控制單元來完成對金屬工件根據(jù)工件大小進(jìn)行大中小分類,并進(jìn)行計數(shù);對非金屬材料通過傳送帶向后傳送,并進(jìn)行計數(shù);實現(xiàn)對傳送帶啟動,停止的控制等功能。通過以上部分的工作,得出了經(jīng)濟(jì)型、實用型、高可靠型物料分揀傳送帶的設(shè)計方案,對其他經(jīng)濟(jì)型 PLC 控制系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計也有一定的借鑒價值。關(guān)鍵詞:PLC ;物料分揀;傳送帶;控制系統(tǒng);自動化Ⅰ1ABSTRACTThe conveyor belt plays an extremely important role in the field of advanced manufacture. It can handle cargo, sort items and take the place of the heavy labor of the people. It can achieve the mechanization and automation of production, and can operate in hazardous environments in order to protect the personal safety, which is widely used in machinery manufacturing, metallurgy, electronics, light industry and atomic energy sector.This article has investigated the latest development of conveyor belt, combined the design of conveyor belt, carried out a systematic analysis on the conveyor belt technology, and put forward a PLC control program. This design uses the idea of overall design, and gives full consideration to the software and hardware characteristics and complementary optimization. It has also analyzed and designed the overall structure of the material sorting conveyor, the executive structure of the drive system and control system. In its drive system and control system, pneumatic drive and PLC’s control unit have been not only used to classify medium and small metal materials and count based on the materials’ size, but also used to transmit and count non-metallic materials by conveyor, which achieves the functionson the conveyor belt to start, stop, control.Throughout the above work, this design has obtained an economical, practical, highly reliable material sorting conveyor design program, which also has a reference value for other economic PLC control system’s design.Key words: PLC;Material sorting;Conveyor belt;Control system;Automation
