HKD640微型客車設(shè)計(jì)(前橋、前懸架與轉(zhuǎn)向系設(shè)計(jì))
摘 要
本次設(shè)計(jì)中我的設(shè)計(jì)任務(wù)微型客車的前橋、前懸架與轉(zhuǎn)向系設(shè)計(jì)。由于本車前橋采用了麥弗遜式獨(dú)立懸架,所以前橋采用與之相配合的斷開(kāi)式車橋,屬于轉(zhuǎn)向驅(qū)動(dòng)橋。前懸架有獨(dú)立懸架與非獨(dú)立懸架之分,本車前懸架采用了麥弗遜式獨(dú)立懸架,其優(yōu)點(diǎn)是增加懸架了兩前輪內(nèi)測(cè)的空間,便于發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)和起一些不簡(jiǎn)單布置。主要對(duì)懸架的性能參數(shù)進(jìn)行確定,對(duì)彈性元件進(jìn)行了計(jì)算,并選擇了合適的減振器。通過(guò)對(duì)懸架主要參數(shù)的設(shè)計(jì)與計(jì)算,從而保證本車的行駛平順性與減震性能。汽車轉(zhuǎn)向系的設(shè)計(jì)主要包括了轉(zhuǎn)向前橋設(shè)計(jì),轉(zhuǎn)向器選擇的是循環(huán)球式轉(zhuǎn)向器,并通過(guò)計(jì)算使之符合設(shè)計(jì)要求,并對(duì)專項(xiàng)題型進(jìn)行計(jì)算,并通過(guò)優(yōu)化使之接近理想狀態(tài)。為保障整車性能,在設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)盡量對(duì)前橋和轉(zhuǎn)向系進(jìn)行優(yōu)化。
設(shè)計(jì)中,主要通過(guò)查看實(shí)際車輛,總結(jié)課本知識(shí),翻閱有關(guān)汽車方面的文章來(lái)研究前橋、前懸架和轉(zhuǎn)向系,并驗(yàn)算了有關(guān)零部件的結(jié)構(gòu)強(qiáng)度和剛度。最后進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)總結(jié)。
