年產量2萬噸鎂鋁磚生產車間設計
摘 要
耐火材料屬無機非金屬材料學科,其產品直接應用于鋼鐵、有色、水泥、玻璃、陶瓷和化工、機械、電力等國民經(jīng)濟各個領域的高溫工業(yè)生產過程中,是保證上述產業(yè)生產運行和技術發(fā)展必不可少的基本材料,在高溫工業(yè)生產發(fā)展中起著不可替代的重要作用。其中堿性耐火材料是水泥工業(yè)、玻璃工業(yè)、鋼鐵工業(yè)不可或缺的一種關鍵耐火材料。常見的堿性耐火材料有五大類: 白云石磚、鎂磚、鎂鉻磚、鎂鋁尖晶石磚及鎂鋯磚等。[1]本課題主要設計的產品為鎂鋁尖晶石磚,分為MA-8和MA-12這兩種磚型。本設計研究鎂鋁磚的組成結構、性質、用途、國內外發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、生產工藝等,詳細的敘述了本次設計產品的工藝流程,設備選取和布置。通過計算選取出生產過程中所需的主要設備,對輔助設備進行了合理的選則。本設計的主要特點是布局合理,成本低,生產工藝流暢。

Annual production of 20000 tons magnesium aluminum brick production workshop design
Abstract
Refractory inorganic non-metallic materials, its products are directly used in steel, nonferrous metal,cement,glass,ceramics and chemical,mechanical,electrical and other fields of national economy of the high temperature in the process of industrial production, is essential to ensure the production of industry and technology development of the basic material,in high temperature industrial production development plays an irreplaceable important role. The basic refractory cement industry,glass industry,iron and steel industry is a key to refractory material. Common basic refractory has five categories: dolomite brick, magnesite brick,magnesite chrome brick,magnesium aluminum zirconium spinel brick and magnesia brick,etc. [1] This topic main products designed for magnesium aluminate spinel brick, divided into MA-8 and MA-12 of these two kinds of brick. This design to research the composition of magnesium aluminum brick structure,properties,USES,domestic and foreign development present situation,production technology,etc.,is described in detail in the design the product process flow,equipment selection and arrangement. Selected by calculation of the main equipment in the process of production,auxiliary equipment for the reasonable selection. The main characteristic of this design is rational layout,the cost is low,the production process smoothly.
