摘 要
本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計是關(guān)于礦用固定帶式輸送機的設(shè)計。首先簡單的概述了膠帶輸送機；接著對帶式輸送機的選型原則及計算方法進(jìn)行了分析；接著按照給定參數(shù)要求進(jìn)行選型設(shè)計通過這些設(shè)計準(zhǔn)則與計算選型方法；接著進(jìn)行校核所選擇輸送機的各主要零部件。普通型帶式輸送機由六個主要部件組成：傳動裝置、中部機架、機尾和導(dǎo)回裝置，拉緊裝置及膠帶。最后對膠帶輸送機的安裝與維護(hù)進(jìn)行簡單的說明。對于目前發(fā)展?fàn)顩r，膠帶輸送機正朝著高速度、長距離、低摩擦的方向發(fā)展，近年來出現(xiàn)的氣墊式膠帶輸送機就是其中一個。膠帶輸送機在制造、設(shè)計、以及應(yīng)用方面，我國仍有較大的差距同其他國外先進(jìn)水平，國內(nèi)存在很多不足在制造帶式輸送機的過程中。
本次帶式輸送機代表了設(shè)計一般過程，對今后的選型設(shè)計工作有一定的參考價值。

Abstract
This graduation design is about mine fixed belt conveyor design.First a simple overview of the belt conveyor; Then the principle of type selection of belt conveyor and calculation methods are analyzed; Then in accordance with the requirements for a given parameter selection of design through these design criteria selection and calculation method; Then the selected this article the main component of the conveyor. Ordinary belt conveyor consists of six main parts: gear, middle frame, the tail and lead back to the device, tension device, and adhesive tape. The last of the belt conveyor for simple installation and maintenance instructions. For the present development status, the belt conveyor is moving in the direction of high speed, long distance, low friction, in recent years the emergence of air cushion belt conveyor is one of them. Belt conveyor in the manufacture, design, and application aspect, our country still has a large gap with foreign advanced level, other domestic many deficiencies in the process of manufacture of belt conveyor. The belt conveyor design represents the general process, the selection of design work for the future has a certain reference value.
