摘 要
眾所周知,“實踐是檢驗真理的唯一標準”。科學實驗在人類認識和探索自
然規(guī)律的過程中起著至關重要的作用,可以說沒有實驗就沒有現(xiàn)代科學。液壓傳
動技術是機械類專業(yè)的一門基礎課程。液壓教學實踐表明,該課程只有通過理論
和實驗相結(jié)合的方式教學才能取得良好的教學效果。為了滿足現(xiàn)代化液壓教學的
要求,本文提出了一種基于PLC控制的多功能液壓實驗臺。根據(jù)該液壓實驗臺
的用途,設計了液壓系統(tǒng)的總體方案,并將液壓仿真軟件成功用于該實驗臺,最
后設計出實驗臺控制程序。該多功能液壓教學實驗臺在液壓教學方面有著廣泛的
應用前景。
本論文對傳統(tǒng)型與現(xiàn)代型液壓綜合實驗臺的研究現(xiàn)狀做了全面的綜述,對液壓實驗臺的發(fā)展趨勢做了詳細的分析,并對液壓教學中常用的液壓元件和基本液壓回路的組成和原理進行了詳盡的理論分析、總結(jié),為多功能液壓實驗臺的液壓回路設計奠定了可靠的理論基礎,也為仿真軟件的應用提供了依據(jù)。利用模塊化的設計思想對多功能液壓實驗臺的液壓回路進行分塊設計。將各模塊優(yōu)化組合,設計出多功能液壓實驗臺的液壓回路原理圖,并對其功能進行了詳盡的說明。
液壓綜合實驗臺包括電控、液控等,它的設計與制造將極大的緩解現(xiàn)有實驗室實驗設備短缺和落后的現(xiàn)狀,同時電液控綜合實驗臺在整個液壓教學實驗中將發(fā)揮很大的作用,是液壓教學實驗中不可缺少的重要組成部分。本論文重點敘述了液壓綜合實驗臺的系統(tǒng)組成和元件設置。從各方面分析與其它實驗臺的不同點,突出它的綜合性,其最大的優(yōu)點就是可以在一個實驗平臺上做多種實驗,所做實驗各元件和管路可由實驗操作者自行設計、連接。設計主要圍繞實驗臺的實驗原理 以及整體結(jié)構而展開,然后輔以電氣控制硬件部分的設計。
