摘 要
藥品包裝機(jī)械屬于高技術(shù)、高智能、高競爭的機(jī)電一體化產(chǎn)品,高技術(shù)成果都會在包裝機(jī)械產(chǎn)品中得到應(yīng)用。紙盒包裝機(jī)械可分為折紙、下紙、藥板推送、紙盒打開、紙盒傳輸、折舌、插舌、壓平和打批號等功能。
本設(shè)計的主要設(shè)計內(nèi)容為藥品裝盒機(jī)的上料裝置設(shè)計、藥板裝盒裝置設(shè)計。完成的主要工作有:
1. 綜述了藥品裝盒機(jī)的發(fā)展歷程,發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。
2. 確定了總體方案、包裝工藝,物料的運(yùn)動方式采用垂直與水平相結(jié)合的方
式,從而縮短了機(jī)器的尺寸。
3. 設(shè)計了紙盒上料機(jī)構(gòu),利用負(fù)壓吸盤對紙盒進(jìn)行分離、輸送,吸盤由凸輪
機(jī)構(gòu)驅(qū)動,上下移動。
4. 設(shè)計了藥板上料機(jī)構(gòu),通過槽輪機(jī)構(gòu)驅(qū)動齒形帶對藥板進(jìn)行定量輸送。
5. 設(shè)計了裝盒機(jī)構(gòu),將藥板、說明書裝入紙盒內(nèi),同時完成紙盒的折疊封合。
本設(shè)計充分考慮了機(jī)械動力學(xué)分析,使機(jī)械運(yùn)行平穩(wěn)。設(shè)計過程參考了各類包裝機(jī)械設(shè)計的長處,同時借鑒了其它機(jī)械的優(yōu)點完成了藥品裝盒機(jī)的設(shè)計。本機(jī)器包裝能力為50~120盒/分。
本機(jī)總體上具有較高的性價比,具有很強(qiáng)的競爭力和很好的發(fā)展前景。

ABSTRACT
Medicines and chemical reagents package machinery belongs to a high technology, the integration of machinery with electronics product, high technology achievement city that high intelligence, height compete for are applied in package machinery product. Paper box package machinery may be that the box opens, paper box transfers, breaks tongue, functions such as inserting tongue, flattening and putting a batch number up mark poison board under paper folding, deducing paper feed.
Main part designing that originally expects that the device designs that , the medicine board dress box device designs that on designing that content is that medicines and chemical reagents is packed in box machine's. Main part being completed works having:
(1).Have summed up medicines and chemical reagents packing development of box machine course, present situation and development strategy.
(2). Have ascertained the overall plan , package handicraft, the material motion way adopt the perpendicularity comparing with level to look at and appraise the way being tied in wedlock , the dimension having shortened a machine thereby.
(3). The organization having designed that paper box fixes material, makes use of the negative pressure acetabulum to carry out separation , transportation on paper box , the acetabulum drives , moves about from cam organization.
(4). Expect that organization, conveys by the fact that sheave organization drives jugged as well as carrying out a quantify on medicine board on the board having designed medicine.
(5). Organization having designed the dress box, board , specifications put medicine into the paper box inner , the enfoldment accomplishing paper box at the same time seals off the small side door. The operation designing that having considered a mechanical kinetics sufficiently analyses, uses machinery originally is stable. Other machinery merit having designed that process has consulted package machinery design of all kinds strong point, drawing lessons at the same time has accomplished medicines and chemical reagents installing box machine design. The machine package ability is allotted for 50 ~ 120 boxes. This machine has higher nature price ratio as a whole, has very strong competition and the very good development prospect.

□□實驗在東北林業(yè)大學(xué)汽車質(zhì)量監(jiān)督檢驗站發(fā)動機(jī)實驗室進(jìn)行測試所用的發(fā)動機(jī)為EQ6100 型發(fā)動機(jī),該機(jī)主要技術(shù)規(guī)格為六缸四沖程直列水冷式增壓干式汽油機(jī)。缸徑100mm,活塞行程115mm,最大功率不小于99千瓦。最大轉(zhuǎn)速3000轉(zhuǎn)/分,點火順序為1—5—3—6—2—4;傳感器的安裝要考慮實用方便,測點位置的確定主要考慮對故障有一定的敏感性,測點位置如圖所示, 為便于數(shù)據(jù)處理,在測量發(fā)機(jī)表面振動信號的同時,測取上止點信號和氣缸壓力信號。
