《英語聽力》課程教學(xué)大綱 課程編號:1002002 課程名稱:英語聽力 大綱執(zhí)筆人:劉美含 吳珺 大綱審核人:陶偉 一、課程簡介 英語聽力課是英語專業(yè)技能訓(xùn)練課程之一,屬于英語技能的單項訓(xùn)練課程。英語聽力的訓(xùn)練不僅有助于其它單項技能的訓(xùn)練,擴(kuò)大學(xué)生英語專業(yè)和相關(guān)專業(yè)知識面,同時也是學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語國家文化知識的窗口。英語聽力課是一門培養(yǎng)英語交際能力、全面提高學(xué)生英語水平的重要基礎(chǔ)課程。主要授課對象為英語專業(yè)一、二年級學(xué)生。 二、教學(xué)目的及要求 教學(xué)目的: 《現(xiàn)代大學(xué)英語聽力》課程是為英語專業(yè)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)其它專業(yè)課程打好基礎(chǔ)及在聽力方面用英語無障礙交流的一門基礎(chǔ)課程,是一門培養(yǎng)學(xué)生聽力能力的課程。聽力是英語學(xué)習(xí)的基本技能之一,是學(xué)習(xí)者在基礎(chǔ)階段一項具有相當(dāng)難度和挑戰(zhàn)性的任務(wù)。本課程的任務(wù)是通過多種形式、多種內(nèi)容的課堂教學(xué)與學(xué)生的課外學(xué)習(xí)和實踐活動相結(jié)合,使學(xué)生的聽力能力由初等水平逐漸提高到中高級水平,同時也為培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的英語交際能力奠定一個良好的基礎(chǔ)。 教學(xué)要求: 使學(xué)生明確本門課程的目的,通過有計劃的訓(xùn)練,使他們能逐漸掌握各種英語聽力技巧,聽懂不同體裁和題材的聽力材料: (1)能聽懂簡單的課堂英語和日常生活用語。 (2)能在15分鐘內(nèi)聽寫已學(xué)語言知識編寫的與課文題材近似的材料(詞數(shù)120左右,念四遍,第一、四遍語速為每分鐘80個詞,第二、三遍根據(jù)意群停頓),錯誤率不超過10%。 (3)能聽懂英語國家較容易聽力材料和英語國家人士所作的難度基本上不超過所學(xué)語言知識面題材又較熟悉的會話,抓住中心大意、理解主要內(nèi)容,能辨別說話人的態(tài)度和語氣。 (4)能聽懂“美國之音”慢速英語廣播中的新聞和文化節(jié)目,要求抓住主要內(nèi)容。 (5)能在15分鐘內(nèi)聽寫根據(jù)已學(xué)知識編寫或選用的錄音材料(詞數(shù)120--150,念四遍,第一,四遍語速為每分鐘100個詞,第二,三遍根據(jù)意群停頓)錯誤率不超過10%。 三、教學(xué)內(nèi)容重點及難點 教學(xué)重點:抓住核心內(nèi)容詞、猜測詞義、借助語法詞匯幫助理解、通過篇章結(jié)構(gòu)幫助理解、抓住大意、預(yù)測與推斷。英語新聞廣播和文化節(jié)目,培養(yǎng)文化敏感性。 四、教學(xué)方式 按各項聽力技巧的難易程度和特點,有針對性地選擇教材,有步驟地、分階段進(jìn)行訓(xùn)練,適當(dāng)?shù)匕才啪C合訓(xùn)練。要安排指導(dǎo)學(xué)生進(jìn)行課外聽力訓(xùn)練,課堂與課外相輔相成,互相促進(jìn)。要創(chuàng)造條件讓學(xué)生多聽英語講座,多聽英語廣播,多看英語原版電影,英語電視及錄像。 (1)教師在每節(jié)課前到語言實驗室及多媒體教室,提前檢查多媒體的各種功能是否正常運作,例如:放音、聽音、選擇、會話、提問、回答、示范、討論等各種功能是否能合理地運用和調(diào)動,在沒有任何故障的前提下,教師應(yīng)提前操作一遍,以便在正式上課時,達(dá)到操作自如,運用靈活,各種功能在教師的操作下發(fā)揮出應(yīng)有的作用。 (2)備教材:教師在每節(jié)課前做到將所教材料從頭到尾地聽,找出核心詞組,關(guān)鍵句型,全文的難點和重點,動用學(xué)生已學(xué)的語言知識深入淺出地做出解釋,達(dá)到學(xué)生能聽懂理解的目的。對于多媒體軟件的準(zhǔn)備,更應(yīng)去粗取精,有選擇地運用于課堂教學(xué)。同時也準(zhǔn)備一定量的補(bǔ)充材料,補(bǔ)充材料要選得難度適宜,趣味性強(qiáng),內(nèi)容要和所用教材相融合,以能彌補(bǔ)正式教材不足,充分的起到補(bǔ)充,調(diào)動的作用。 (3)備教學(xué)法:由于聽力課在語言實驗室進(jìn)行,是一個語言信號的傳播和接收的過程,作為學(xué)生往往處在非常緊張而被動的氣氛之中,主觀能動性很難得到充分的發(fā)揮,因此,教師要高度正視課堂中教學(xué)法的運用,使用各種信息處理,傳輸,整理和再現(xiàn)的方法,使學(xué)生有選擇地接受信息,加工整理以及儲存,再現(xiàn)信息。 五、學(xué)時、學(xué)分 英語聽力課程開設(shè)兩年,四個學(xué)期。每學(xué)期課時為34學(xué)時,2學(xué)分,總學(xué)時為132學(xué)時,共計8學(xué)分。 六、教學(xué)時數(shù)分配表 第一學(xué)年 章 節(jié) 標(biāo) 題 學(xué)時分配 講 授 實 踐 Unit 1 University Life 6 Unit 2 Men, Animals and Pets 4 Unit 3 Hobby 4 Unit 4 Transportation 6 Unit 5 Travel 6 Unit 6 Houses and Homes 4 Unit 7 Festival 4 Unit 8 News (I) 6 Unit 9 Family Life 4 Unit 10 Food 4 Unit 11 Shopping 4 Unit 12 Life Experience 4 Unit 13 Lifestyle 4 Unit 14 Sports 4 Unit 15 News (II) 4 第二學(xué)年 章 節(jié) 標(biāo) 題 學(xué)時分配 講 授 實 踐 Unit 1 Social Customs 6 Unit 2 Weather 4 Unit 3 Social Issues 6 Unit 4 Literature 6 Unit 5 Education 4 Unit 6 Work 4 Unit 7 People 4 Unit 8 News (I) 6 Unit 9 Language 4 Unit 10 History 4 Unit 11 Nature 4 Unit 12 Geography 4 Unit 13 Money 4 Unit 14 Science 4 Unit 15 News (II) 4 七、教學(xué)內(nèi)容 第一學(xué)期 Unit 1 University Life 1.基本教學(xué)目的和要求 1)掌握與大學(xué)生活相關(guān)的基本詞匯、短語及句型 2)能夠準(zhǔn)確地聽出表示時間,數(shù)字,價格的短語 3)了解不同國家的教育方式 2.重點及難點 1)培養(yǎng)搜集信息的能力 2)分清各類帶有數(shù)字的表達(dá) 3.主要教學(xué)內(nèi)容 Task 1.
