摘要系統(tǒng)介紹了塑件的成形工藝及模具成型結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)塑件質(zhì)量的影響分析,澆注系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì),模具成型部分和總裝結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)。介紹了滅火器注塑模具設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)要注意的要點(diǎn),并較多的考慮了模具結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整性、易更換性及模具成本。從控制制件尺寸精度出發(fā),對(duì)滅火器注塑模的各主要尺寸進(jìn)行了理論計(jì)算,以確定各工作零件的尺寸,從模具設(shè)計(jì)到零部件的加工工藝以及裝配工藝等進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的闡述,并應(yīng)用 CAD 進(jìn)行各重要零件的設(shè)計(jì)。 關(guān)鍵詞: 模具設(shè)計(jì);塑件成型;工藝性分析;澆注系統(tǒng)Injection Mold for fire extinguisherAbstractThe molding process of plastic parts, the effect analysis to plastic parts quality caused by molding structure, as well as the casting system design, partial and general design of mold moulding introduced respectively.
