9立體車庫一、立體車庫概述車輛無處停放的問題是城市的社會、經(jīng)濟、交通發(fā)展到一定程度產(chǎn)生的結(jié)果,立體停車設(shè)備的發(fā)展在國外,尤其在日本已有近 30~40 年的歷史,無論在技術(shù)上還是在經(jīng)驗上均已獲得了成功。我國也于 90 年代初開始研究開發(fā)機械立體停車設(shè)備,距今已有十年的歷程。由于很多新建小區(qū)內(nèi)住戶與車位的配比為 1:1,為了解決停車位占地面積與住戶商用面積的矛盾,立體機械停車設(shè)備以其平均單車占地面積小的獨特特性,已被廣大用戶接受。機械車庫與傳統(tǒng)的自然地下車庫相比,在許多方面都顯示出優(yōu)越性。首先,機械車庫具有突出的節(jié)地優(yōu)勢。以往的地下車庫由于要留出足夠的行車通道,平均一輛車就要占據(jù) 40 平方米的面積,而如果采用雙層機械車庫,可使地面的使用率提高 80%—90%,如果采用地上多層(21 層)立體式車庫的話,50 平方米的土地面積上便可存放 40 輛車,這可以大大地節(jié)省有限的土地資源,并節(jié)省土建開發(fā)成本。 (一)自動收費管理系統(tǒng)自動收費采用非接觸式 IC 卡。IC 卡分長期卡與儲值卡兩種。對固定用戶,發(fā)行長期卡,費用可在固定用戶交納管理費用時一并交納;對臨時用戶,發(fā)行儲值卡,即:用戶交納的費用存在卡內(nèi),每次停車讀卡自動從卡中扣除費用。 (二) 自動存取車系統(tǒng)自動存取車系統(tǒng)一般由小型可編程控制器 PLC 系統(tǒng)通過判斷卡號,自動把對應(yīng)的12載車盤移動到人車交接的位置,開啟車庫門,縮短存取車的時間。存車時,司機按照指示燈信號指引入庫,只有當(dāng)車輛停放在安全位置后,停車正常指示燈才會亮啟。存取車完成后,車庫門自動關(guān)閉。移動載車盤時,系統(tǒng)嚴(yán)格按照各種檢測信號的狀態(tài)進(jìn)行移動,檢測信號包括超長檢測、到位檢測、極限位置檢測、人員誤入檢測、急停信號檢測等。若有載車盤運行不到位或車輛長度超出車庫允許的長度,所有載車盤將不進(jìn)行動作,若檢測到急停信號,將停止一切動作,直至急停信號消失。以上信號均為硬件信號,除此之外,還可從控制軟件中設(shè)置保護(hù)信號,比如時間保護(hù),以保證因硬件損壞而導(dǎo)致信號失靈時保證主體設(shè)備及車輛的安全。 (三)遠(yuǎn)程診斷系統(tǒng)現(xiàn)場控制器可以通過網(wǎng)卡、Hub 等網(wǎng)絡(luò)設(shè)備與控制中心的局域網(wǎng)相連接,可以通過 MODEN 實現(xiàn)遠(yuǎn)程管理,監(jiān)測現(xiàn)場運行情況,當(dāng)現(xiàn)場出現(xiàn)故障時,在控制中心即可進(jìn)行解決,方便管理人員、安保人員異地辦公。(四)自動道閘在車庫出入口處各設(shè)非接觸式讀卡器、感應(yīng)線圈及道閘,用戶在車庫出入口處刷卡后,系統(tǒng)自動判別該卡是否有效,若有效,則道閘自動開啟,通過感應(yīng)線圈后,自動?xùn)艡谧詣雨P(guān)閉;若無效,則道閘不開啟,同時聲光報警。 卡,感應(yīng)完畢,讀卡機接受信息,上位控制機自動記錄、扣費,柵欄自動升起,司機開車出場,出場后,柵欄自動關(guān)閉;同時,控制器自動讀取車位號,對應(yīng)的車庫單元門自動關(guān)閉。取車操作完畢。 車庫在運行過程中,有完備的自我保護(hù)裝置。一系列光電開關(guān)、接近開關(guān)、行程開關(guān)等對載車盤準(zhǔn)確運行到位起著決定性的作用;獨特的防墜落裝置、斷繩報警裝置、超速保護(hù)裝置對車輛的安全起到保護(hù)作用。 車輛超長檢測、車輛停車不到位檢測、以及人員誤入檢測等信號對車輛及人員的安全起著決定性的作用。 三、實例現(xiàn)以三層 24 車位為實例對升降橫移式立體停車設(shè)備的自動控制系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行介紹。此車庫為升降橫移式立體停車設(shè)備,共有 24 個單元,每個單元分為前后兩排,共三層,即上層、中層、下層,前后排各有 8 個車位,共 16 個車位。中層為車道層,用戶在中層完成出入庫人、機、車交接作業(yè)操作。每個車位編號如下: 其中A~R 為載車盤所在位置編號,1~16 對每個上、下層載車盤,其運行狀態(tài)只有上升、下降動作,載車盤停放位置只有上位或下位,所以都有以下檢測信號:載車盤上認(rèn)趾,載車盤上極限,載車盤下認(rèn)趾,載車盤下極限。在載車盤上位,均設(shè)有安全掛鉤,掛鉤也為兩種狀態(tài),即掛鉤通電打開和斷電閉合,并通過一個特定的行程開關(guān)來獲取掛鉤狀態(tài)信息。載車盤向上運行過程中,檢測到上認(rèn)趾信號,則自動停止運行,如果上認(rèn)趾開關(guān)被損壞,系統(tǒng)未檢測到信號,載車盤會繼續(xù)向上運行,當(dāng)運行到上極限開關(guān)處時,上極限信號就會切斷電機電源,使電機停電,無法繼續(xù)運行,起著雙重保險的作用。載車盤向下運行過程中,首先打開對應(yīng)的掛鉤,系統(tǒng)檢測到掛鉤打開的信號后,系統(tǒng)開始下降,如果掛鉤未打開,載車盤不會下降。下降過程中,當(dāng)檢測到下認(rèn)趾信號時,自動停止運行,如果下認(rèn)趾開關(guān)被損壞,系統(tǒng)未檢測到信號,載車盤會繼續(xù)向下運行,當(dāng)運行到下極限開關(guān)處時,下極限信號就會切斷電機電源,使電機停電,無法繼續(xù)運行,起著雙重保險的作用。PLC 還設(shè)有延時保護(hù),在載車盤開始運行的同時,PLC 開始計時,當(dāng)計時時間到,而載車盤未運行到位時,載車盤停止運行,同時系統(tǒng)報警。另外,若兩道認(rèn)址開關(guān)均被損壞,載車盤運行到位而無信號返回時,載車盤會繼續(xù)向上或下運行,從而發(fā)生不可預(yù)料的事故,但通過 PLC 另外,每個車位設(shè)有車輛超長檢測,當(dāng)系統(tǒng)檢測到超長信號時,所有載車盤均不能動作,以保護(hù)車輛的安全。車庫入口處設(shè)有人員誤入檢測,防止人員在載車盤運行過程中誤入,發(fā)生意外;也有在車庫入口處設(shè)有升降門或欄桿,起著防止人員誤入的作用,但升降門或欄桿的開啟關(guān)閉受系統(tǒng)運行狀態(tài)聯(lián)鎖控制。 2.急停信號:系統(tǒng)必須在明顯處設(shè)有急停開關(guān),當(dāng)發(fā)生意外時,按下急停開關(guān),斷所有電機的電源,使載車盤無法繼續(xù)運行,以保護(hù)人員及設(shè)備的安全。 3.輸出控制信號:系統(tǒng)輸出控制信號包括控制電機運行方向信號,控制電機運行信號,控制電磁鐵得、失電信號,控制燈光報警信號,控制車庫照明信號。
