i 摘要: 本設(shè)備是酯化反應(yīng)生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng),由攪拌反應(yīng)器和儲罐組成。該設(shè)備具備安 全可靠、結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、效率高、耗能低等優(yōu)點。 本次設(shè)計首先進(jìn)行了總體方案設(shè)計,主要是依據(jù)反應(yīng)物的性質(zhì)確定。攪拌 反應(yīng)器設(shè)計是本設(shè)計的一個重點,包括攪拌罐設(shè)計、攪拌軸設(shè)計、攪拌裝置設(shè) 計選型、軸封設(shè)計等。儲罐也是本次設(shè)計的主要內(nèi)容之一,用來存儲產(chǎn)品。由 于酯是有毒物質(zhì),而且易燃,因此對反應(yīng)設(shè)備及儲存設(shè)備的密封要求相當(dāng)高, 需要對各部件進(jìn)行選型、校核。 本次設(shè)計采用計算機(jī)輔助設(shè)計,使繪圖效率與質(zhì)量大大提高,節(jié)省大量時 間。 關(guān)鍵詞 :酯化 攪拌反應(yīng)器 儲罐 ii Abstract: This device is a producing system of esterification,which is composed of the stirring reactor and the storage tank.The device with simple structure and low consumption of energy is very safe,reliable and efficient. For the first,according to the nature of the reacting substance,I made an overall concept design.The design of the stirring reactor plays an import role, including the stirring tank design, the stirring axis design, the stirring device design and shaping, the axis seals design and so on.The storage tank for keeping the product is another main element. Because the materials are poisonous and flammable. It is highly important to use the best seals for the devices.All the parts must be examined and collated. The computer-aided design used in this design greatly enhanced the efficiency and quality of the drawings and saved me lots of time.
