摘 要
砂石泵有較多優(yōu)點，在國民經(jīng)濟中廣泛使用，但國內(nèi)尚無這種新型砂石泵產(chǎn)品。因此，本人對此類型的泵進行了探索性設(shè)計，在普通螺旋泵的基礎(chǔ)上結(jié)合離心泵原理，增加其過流面積等方法。使其達到設(shè)計最初要求。在設(shè)計過程中對此類泵的結(jié)構(gòu)和在泵工作中可能出現(xiàn)的問題進行了分析和改造，并綜合分析其影響，對此類泵的性能因素，提出改善方案。另外，對平衡軸向力的問題上，以及徑向力的平衡等，做出了說明。并在結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計過程中，合理選擇結(jié)構(gòu)形式，優(yōu)化結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)，對主要零件進行強度校核，保證該泵具有良好的工作性能和可靠性。

ABSTRACT
Gravel pump has much advantage and extensive usage in national economy, but china has no this kind of new gravel pump product.Therefore, the design proceeded to this type pump quest design in the foundation of common spiral pump the combination leaves the heart the pump the principle, increasing its over flow area and method to make its attain the first request in design. In the design process it analyzes this type construction and the problem that may appear in the working precede combining to synthesize to analyze its influence. Also this thesis rises the improve program about the function factor. Besides, the paper makes the notes about the axial force balance and the path force balance. In the structural process, the paper choose the reasonable structure, optimize the structure parameters and check the strength of the main components to guarantee a good performance and reliability.
