摘要：本文介紹了800型立式沉降離心機的性能參數(shù)、結(jié)構(gòu)原理和分析、轉(zhuǎn)鼓的設(shè)計計算、軸設(shè)的設(shè)計計算及校核、斜齒輪的設(shè)計計算以及設(shè)計來源。800型立式沉降離心機是以工廠現(xiàn)行生產(chǎn)的臥式沉降離心機有關(guān)樣本為基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計出的新型沉降離心機。?800型立式沉降離心機可以克服現(xiàn)行螺旋卸料沉降離心機占地面積（或體積）大和現(xiàn)在常用的兩種差速變速器（有擺線針輪行星變速器和雙級2K-H漸開線齒輪行星變速器）結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜，價格昂貴等缺點, 并且該立式沉降離心機能使濾料在轉(zhuǎn)鼓內(nèi)的滯留時間（即固液分離時間）比現(xiàn)行的臥式沉降離心機延長10~15倍（1—5min），從而提高了分離效果。?該立式沉降離心機 工作可靠，運行平穩(wěn)，產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量穩(wěn)定，操作維護簡單，噪音小；對物料適應(yīng)性好，結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，其進料口、出液口和出渣口便于連接到生產(chǎn)自動線上等優(yōu)點。整個操作過程是在全速、連續(xù)運轉(zhuǎn)下自動進行。它的生產(chǎn)率為每小時排出3 渣。它將廣泛應(yīng)用于石油、化工、冶金、醫(yī)藥、食品及輕工等部門和環(huán)境保護的污水處理。

Abstract：This article introduced 800 vertical subsidence centrifuges performance parameter, the structure principle, the rotor drum, the axis, the helical gear design calculation as well as designs the origin. 800 vertical subsidence centrifuges are by the factory present production horizontal-type subsidence centrifuge related sample the new subsidence centrifuge which designs for the foundation. 800 vertical subsidence centrifuges may overcome the present spiral outloading subsidence centrifuge area (or volume) big and the present commonly used two inter-species differences fast transmission gearbox (have cycloid pin gear planetary transmission and twin-stage 2K-H involute gear planetary transmission) the structure complex, the price is expensive and so on the shortcoming, And this vertical subsidence gentrifugalism function causes to filter the material (namely solid fluid separation time) to lengthen 10~15 in rotor drum dead time compared to the present horizontal-type subsidence centrifuge to double (1～5min), thus enhanced the separation effect. This vertical subsidence centrifuge work reliable, movement steady, product quality stable, operation maintenance simple, the noise is small; To material compatibility good, the structure is compact, its loading, the fluid mouth and the slag notch are advantageous for connects the production from the generatrix superior merit. The entire operating process is under full speed, the continuous working automatically carries on. Its productivity discharges 3 dregs for each hour. It widely will apply to department and the environmental protection and so on petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, medicine, food and light industry sewage treatment.
