厚板軋機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)
摘要
隨著中厚板在造船、建筑、國防、軍事等領(lǐng)域的廣泛應(yīng)用,厚板軋制技術(shù)在工業(yè)領(lǐng)域的重要性日益突出。本次設(shè)計(jì)就是從生產(chǎn)實(shí)際出發(fā),通過下廠實(shí)踐、調(diào)研、查閱大量資料,了解了中厚板生產(chǎn)工藝及國內(nèi)外發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,特別對(duì)厚板軋機(jī)的組成和結(jié)構(gòu)有了深入了解和認(rèn)識(shí)。本設(shè)計(jì)的厚板軋機(jī)是以2350厚板軋機(jī)為基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。首先根據(jù)軋鋼機(jī)械的設(shè)計(jì)方法,從工作輥與支承輥的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算開始,對(duì)厚板軋機(jī)的傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)。然后通過軋制力矩的計(jì)算推算出主傳動(dòng)電機(jī)的功率,并且對(duì)所選的電機(jī)進(jìn)行過載和發(fā)熱校核。同時(shí)還對(duì)機(jī)架、壓下系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)和校核,最后考慮經(jīng)濟(jì)和環(huán)保的要求進(jìn)行了分析評(píng)價(jià)。

Plate Mill Design
Abstract
With the wide application of plate in shipbuilding, construction, defense and military fields, Plate rolling technology have become increasingly importance in the industrial area. The production design is from the actual conditions of the country, understand the plate production process and the development of the status quo at home and abroad, especially have a deeper understanding and awareness for the composition and structure of thick plate rolling mill, by the practice of factory, research, access to large amounts of data. The design of the plate mill is based on 2,350 design. First, design and calculate the work roll and back-up roll and devise the drive system of plate mill in accordance with the design method of rolling mill machinery. Then, calculate the main drive motor power through the rolling moment calculation, and make the load and heat checking to the motor of selected. At the same time also design and check the rack and the system of press. Finally consider the economic and environmental requirements for the analysis and evaluation.
