I am from(New York City in America)。 2、談?wù)撘粋€(gè)城市: A: What’s … like? B: Do you like living

4、 much more to do ,,, than… 6、 …can’t wait fo… (二)語(yǔ)言技能目標(biāo) 1.能夠按“四會(huì)”和“三會(huì)”的要求運(yùn)用本模塊的單詞。 ?2.能正確理解課文意思及用正確的語(yǔ)音語(yǔ)調(diào)流利地朗讀課文,并能聽(tīng)、讀與課文類似的對(duì)話和短文。 ?3.能用英語(yǔ)談?wù)摮鞘械奶卣鳌? ?4.能用總結(jié)人稱代詞的用法。 5、學(xué)習(xí)如何正確書(shū)寫(xiě)明信片。 (三)學(xué)習(xí)策略目標(biāo) ?1.本單元要求學(xué)生能就“城市”的話題進(jìn)行交流,能討論城市的特征。 ?2.學(xué)生能就假期度假展開(kāi)話題。 ?3.了解不同城市的特征和不同之處。 (四)情感態(tài)度目標(biāo) 1.通過(guò)課文內(nèi)容的學(xué)習(xí),養(yǎng)成愛(ài)學(xué)習(xí)、
5、不怕困難的良好品質(zhì)。 2.通過(guò)了解自己生活的城市,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生愛(ài)國(guó)、愛(ài)家的精神。 ?3.通過(guò)課文內(nèi)容的學(xué)習(xí),學(xué)會(huì)關(guān)心別人,了解國(guó)內(nèi)部分城市的名勝古跡,比如天安門(mén)廣場(chǎng),王府井大街,長(zhǎng)城,故宮等。在參觀時(shí)要注意文明禮儀,不能隨意亂扔垃圾,扔垃圾時(shí)要注意把垃圾分類。 四、教學(xué)策略 1.本模塊的生詞可采取這樣歸納式學(xué)習(xí),有利于學(xué)生的記憶,也為課文的教學(xué)打下良好的基礎(chǔ)。 ?2.充分利用三、四、五年級(jí)打下的基礎(chǔ),采取以舊引新,滾雪球式地學(xué)習(xí)新知識(shí),達(dá)到知識(shí)的綜合運(yùn)用。 ?3.在教學(xué)中,教師要采取不同的教學(xué)方式多次反復(fù)呈現(xiàn)展示、創(chuàng)設(shè)多點(diǎn)操練機(jī)會(huì),不斷地滲透本模塊的難點(diǎn),比如使用圖片或幻燈片等,幫助學(xué)
6、生加深針對(duì)有關(guān)城市的著名建筑物的識(shí)記,幫助學(xué)生克服學(xué)習(xí)困難。 五、教學(xué)重點(diǎn)、難點(diǎn)、 1.在復(fù)習(xí)過(guò)去的部分國(guó)家名稱,以及認(rèn)知其國(guó)家的國(guó)旗等文化知識(shí)的同時(shí),還要進(jìn)一步學(xué)習(xí)和記憶國(guó)家的首都、城市以及當(dāng)?shù)刂麡?biāo)志性建筑物和特點(diǎn)等等。 ?2.形容詞比較級(jí)和最高級(jí)的進(jìn)一步復(fù)習(xí)和鞏固。 ?3.本單元的生詞、句型、課文的理解和記憶。 六、教學(xué)媒體 ?教學(xué)圖片、國(guó)旗、投影儀、投影片、錄音機(jī)、錄音帶、電腦等直觀教具,同時(shí),通過(guò)教師的動(dòng)作、肢體語(yǔ)言、表情、語(yǔ)調(diào)等來(lái)促進(jìn)和激發(fā)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)積極性。 七、家庭作業(yè)的設(shè)計(jì) ?作業(yè)要顧及“聽(tīng)、說(shuō)、讀、寫(xiě)”四個(gè)能力的操練,生詞和課文都要聽(tīng)錄音、朗讀,并爭(zhēng)取背誦部分
7、重要段落。寫(xiě),體現(xiàn)在完成課本的 “Fun with Language”,以及《活動(dòng)手冊(cè)》的內(nèi)容。另外,考慮到學(xué)生的個(gè)別差異,可適量布置一些選做題,積極開(kāi)發(fā)個(gè)別學(xué)習(xí)能力強(qiáng)的學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)潛力。比如,讓學(xué)生們做小海報(bào),寫(xiě)出自己最喜歡的城市,描述這個(gè)城市的特點(diǎn),以及喜歡它的原因,還可設(shè)計(jì)評(píng)選優(yōu)秀小導(dǎo)游的口語(yǔ)測(cè)試活動(dòng),創(chuàng)設(shè)條件促使學(xué)生對(duì)某一城市(如,廣州等)做詳細(xì)的了解,并作介紹。通過(guò)了解,更加熱愛(ài)自己所居住的城市;通過(guò)介紹,介紹垃圾分類和愛(ài)護(hù)環(huán)境的知識(shí)。提高自己的口語(yǔ)表達(dá)水平。 Period 1 Unit 3 Where are you from? 9、 a purpose for listening to the dialogue: In the last module , we learnt about life in the country. What is the city life like? David is from New York. Does David like city life? Let' find out.. 3)Play the recording again, pausing after each line for pupils to repeat and for you to clarify meaning.
10、 If you use thee-Resource, click on each time. While doing this, highlight the target language items listed above. Use the picture and the context in the dialogue to convey the meaning, and provide further examples to illustrate each language structure if necessary. 4) Conduct reading aloud practic
11、e on the dialogue. Divide the class in to four groups; pupils will read the dialogue in the roles of Ms White, Jiamin, David, and Janet. 5) If you use the e-Resource, you may use the Listen and repeat function first for pupils to repeat. Later use the Role play function for pupils to join the conve
12、rsation in the roles of Ms White, Jiamin, David and Janet. 3、Have pupils produce a dialogue similar to the one between Ms White , David, Jiamin,and Janet, substituting the following words and phrases with the further vocabulary items from page15, Remind pupils that the new dialogue should make sens
