7、書(shū)面通知。注意以下幾點(diǎn)：(1)通知正文上面正中的地方往往有Notice(或NOTICE)一詞。(2)發(fā)出通知的人或單位名稱一般寫(xiě)在左下角。(3)主要時(shí)態(tài)為一般將來(lái)時(shí)?？陬^通知開(kāi)頭：Everyone, attention please!
