Unit 4 Lesson3 The World Cup
一、學(xué)習(xí)目標(biāo):
幫助學(xué)生對本課所學(xué)知識進(jìn)行掌握;
幫助在前面學(xué)習(xí)的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行更加深入的學(xué)習(xí);
(一)基礎(chǔ)目標(biāo):
1. 過去進(jìn)行時態(tài)。
2. 掌握while引導(dǎo)的時間狀語從句。
(二)發(fā)展目標(biāo):
1.結(jié)合課文內(nèi)容復(fù)習(xí)以前所學(xué)知識,
2.能熟練使用:過去進(jìn)行時態(tài)和while引導(dǎo)的時間狀語從句。
3.能用學(xué)過知識能完成任務(wù).

1. Pre-task Preparation
(1) Contents:
Warming –up
世界杯(World Cup, FIFA World Cup),國際足聯(lián)世界杯,是世界上最高榮譽(yù)、最高規(guī)格、最高水平的足球比賽,與奧運(yùn)會并稱為全球體育兩大頂級賽事,是影響力、轉(zhuǎn)播覆蓋率超過奧運(yùn)會的全球最大體育盛事。是全球各個國家最夢寐以求的神圣榮耀,哪一支國家足球隊能得到它,就是名正言順的世界第一。全球都會為之瘋狂沸騰,發(fā)揮出色的球員都會被該國家奉為民族英雄永載史冊,所以它亦代表了各個足球運(yùn)
3、動員的終極夢想。該賽事每四年舉辦一次,任何國際足聯(lián)會員國(地區(qū))都可以派出代表隊報名參加。
2. Task procedure
(1).Look at the screen and complete the sentences. Let the students do it by themselves on their books,and ask one to show his answers to the class. The answers are:

(1)引導(dǎo)時間狀語,意思是“當(dāng)…時”。

(2)引起讓步狀語從句,意思是“雖然…但是….”、“盡管…但是…”(多放于句首)

While作并列連詞用,意思為“而,然而”,表對比。而but表轉(zhuǎn)折。注意用心比較體會while與but的句
