SHIPPING MARK: The Sellers shall mark on each package with fadeless paint the package number, gross weight, net weight, measurement and the wordings: "KEEP AWAY FROM MOISTURE" "HANDLE WITH CARE" "THIS SIDE UP" etc. and the shipping mark: 嘜頭：賣方應(yīng)用不褪色的顏料在每個箱子外部 刷上箱號、毛重、凈重、尺寸，并注明“防潮”、 “小心輕放”、“此面向上”等，嘜頭為: 5. TIME OF SHIPMENT（裝運期）： within 30 days after receipt of L/C 6. airPORT OF SHIPMENT（裝運場）： 上海 7. airPORT OF DESTINATION（目的場）： , CHINA 8. INSURANCE（保險）：To be covered by sellers for 110% invoice value against All Risks. 9. PAYMENT（付款方式）The buyer open an irrevocable 100% L/C at sight in favor of seller 信用證付款：買方給賣方開出100%不可撤銷即期信用證。 銀行資料： 10. DOCUMENTS:單據(jù) 1. Full set of Air waybill in original showing “Freight Prepaid” and consigned to applicant. 空運提單一套 2. Invoice in three copies. 發(fā)票一式叁份 3. Manufacturer’s certified copy of fax dispatched to the applicant within 24 hours after shipment advising flight No., B/L No., shipment date, quantity, Gross weight, Net weight, and value of shipment. 制造廠家通知開證申請人有關(guān)貨物裝運的詳細資料傳真復印件壹份 8. The seller’s Certificate and waybill certifying that extra documents have been dispatched according to the contract terms by express airmail. 賣方有關(guān)另外用特快郵寄壹套單據(jù)給開證申請人的證明書及郵寄底單. 9. Certificate of No Wooden Packing or Certificate of Fumigation.非木包裝聲明或熏蒸證. In addition, the Sellers shall, within three days after shipment, send by express airmail one extra sets of the aforesaid documents directly to the Buyers. 另外，賣方應(yīng)于貨物發(fā)運后三天內(nèi)，用特快專遞寄送一套上述的單據(jù)給買方。 11. SHIPMENT: The Sellers shall ship the goods within the shipment time from the airport of shipment to the destination. Transshipment is allowed. Partial shipment is not allowed. 運輸：賣方應(yīng)于交貨期內(nèi)將合同貨物從裝貨港運到目的場，不許分批，允許轉(zhuǎn)運。 12 Arbitration: All disputes in connection with this Contract or the execution there of shall be amicably settled 　　through negotiation. In case no settlement can be reached between the two Parties, the case under dispute shall 　　be submitted to the Trade Arbitration Commission of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade 　　for arbitration. The arbitration shall take place in Beijing,china and shall be executed in accordance with the 　　Provisional Rules of Procedure of the said Commission and the decision made by the Arbitration Commission shall 　　be accepted as final and binding upon both parties. The fees for arbitration shall be borne by the losing Party 　　unless otherwise awarded. 仲裁：一切因執(zhí)行本合同所發(fā)生與本合同有關(guān)之爭執(zhí)，雙方應(yīng)友好協(xié)商解決。如雙方協(xié)商不能解決時，此爭執(zhí)應(yīng)提交中國國際貿(mào)易促進委員會對外貿(mào)易仲裁委員會， 按照該仲裁委員會仲裁程序暫行規(guī)則進行仲裁。仲裁地點在中國北京。仲裁委員會的裁決為終局裁決，對雙方均有約束力，對仲裁費用除非仲裁委員會另有決定外，均由敗訴一方負擔。 19.
