本液壓系統(tǒng)以傳遞動(dòng)力為主,保證足夠的動(dòng)力是其基本要求。另外,還要考慮系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定性、可靠性、可維護(hù)性、安全性及效率。其中穩(wěn)定是指系統(tǒng)工作時(shí)的運(yùn)動(dòng)平穩(wěn)性及系統(tǒng)性能的穩(wěn)定性(如環(huán)境溫度對(duì)油液的影響等因素)。可靠性是指系統(tǒng)不因意外的原因而無法工作(如油管破裂、無電等情況)??删S護(hù)性是指系統(tǒng)盡可能簡(jiǎn)單,元件盡可能選標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件,結(jié)構(gòu)上盡可能使維護(hù)方便.安全性是指不因液壓系統(tǒng)的故障導(dǎo)致后車廂蓋的其它事故.效率是指液壓系統(tǒng)的各種能量損失盡可能的小。上述要求中,除滿足系統(tǒng)的動(dòng)力要求外,最重要的是保證系統(tǒng)的安全性和可靠性。
