摘 要
空氣壓縮機(jī)(簡稱空壓機(jī))是一種用來壓縮氣體提高氣體壓力或輸送氣體的機(jī)械。空壓機(jī)的用途很廣,幾乎遍及工農(nóng)業(yè)、國防、科技、民用等各個領(lǐng)域??諝鈮嚎s機(jī)的安全生產(chǎn)保護(hù)對于煤礦企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)是十分重要的??删幊炭刂破?PLC)將傳統(tǒng)的繼電器控制技術(shù)、計算機(jī)控制技術(shù)和通信技術(shù)融為一體,專為工業(yè)控制而設(shè)計。
本設(shè)計以煤礦井下儲氣罐為控制對象,系統(tǒng)主要由3臺空壓機(jī)、1臺變頻器、PLC以及線性遠(yuǎn)傳壓力傳感器等組成。其中PLC、變頻器、空壓機(jī)組和壓力傳感器組成閉環(huán)反饋控制系統(tǒng)。使供氣壓力保持恒定。PLC根據(jù)控制各臺空壓機(jī)的運(yùn)行狀態(tài)(如工頻運(yùn)行、變頻運(yùn)行、停止),從而控制空壓機(jī)的運(yùn)行臺數(shù),在大范圍上控制供氣氣壓; 變頻器內(nèi)部PID調(diào)節(jié)器控制變頻器對變頻電機(jī)進(jìn)行速度調(diào)節(jié),在小范圍上控制供氣氣壓。空壓機(jī)電機(jī)的速度調(diào)節(jié)采用變頻調(diào)速技術(shù),利用變頻器對空壓機(jī)進(jìn)行速度控制。

Air compressor ( referred to as the compressor) is a method used to increase the gas pressure of compressed gas or gas transportation machinery. Air compressor is widely used, almost throughout the industry and agriculture, national defence, science and technology, civil and other fields. Air compressor safety protection for coal mine enterprise's production is very important. Programmable controller ( PLC ) will be the traditional relay control technology, computer control technology and communication technology com., designed specifically for industrial control and design.
The system consists of 3 air compressors,1 frequency converters, PLC and linear remote pressure sensor and so on. The PLC, inverter, air compressor and pressure sensor composed of closed-loop feedback control system. The supply pressure constant. PLC according to the control of the air compressors operating state ( such as frequency operation, frequency operation, stop ), thereby controlling the compressor running numbers, in a wide range of control of gas pressure regulator control; inverter internal PID converter for variable frequency motor speed regulation, on a smaller scale control of gas pressure. Air compressor motor speed regulation with frequency conversion technology, the use of frequency converter speed control for air compressor.
