摘要
數(shù)控加工中心是目前世界上產量最高、應用最廣泛的數(shù)控機床之一。它的綜合加工能力較強,工件一次裝夾后能完成較多的加工內容,加工精度較高,就中等加工難度的批量工件,其效率是普通設備的5~10倍,特別是它能完成許多普通設備不能完成的加工,對形狀較復雜,精度要求高的單件加工或中小批量多品種生產更為適用。
JCS-018型立式加工中心是一種工序高度集中,自動化程度高的機電一體化設備。工件在一次裝夾后,可連續(xù)地進行銑,鉆,鏜,鉸,攻螺紋等多種工序的加工。該機床適用于小型板件,盤件,殼體件,模具和箱體件等復雜零件的多品種,小批量加工。??主軸是主軸箱的重要組成部分。它的結構尺寸和形狀、制造精度、材料及其熱處理,對主軸箱的工作性能有很大的影響。為了提高主軸的剛度和便于安裝,將JCS—018立式加工中心的主軸設計成階梯圓柱形,前端外徑大,后端外徑小,為實現(xiàn)更換刀具時能自動夾緊,主軸內部設計成空心。
Z向工作臺的設計主要是對滾珠絲杠和直線導軌的設計,在計算設計過程要通過剛度,扭矩和載荷等條件來選擇相應的零件型號和尺寸。BF-3系統(tǒng)是功能比較簡單的標準型數(shù)控系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)采用8086微處理器芯片,8284時鐘發(fā)生器,總線控制器8288,中斷控制器8259,串行接口8251A,可編程計時器8253,ROM,RAM以及緩沖器,譯碼器等電路,此外還有一些專用芯片。
