一、帶式運(yùn)輸機(jī)傳動(dòng)圖如下:
二、原始數(shù)據(jù)
1.輸送帶工作拉力:F=2300N ;
2.輸送帶工作速度:V=1.5m/s ;
3.滾筒直徑:D=450mm ;
4.滾筒效率:(不包含軸承);
5.采用斜齒圓柱齒輪傳動(dòng);
6.允許輸送帶速度誤差為±5%;
7.工作情況:兩班制,連續(xù)單向運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn),載荷性質(zhì)為輕微沖擊;
8.使用折舊期10年;
9.動(dòng)力來(lái)源:電力,三相交流,電壓380V;
10.制造條件及生產(chǎn)批量:一般機(jī)械廠制造,小批量生產(chǎn)。
三、確定電動(dòng)機(jī)的型號(hào)
(1) 選擇電動(dòng)機(jī)類(lèi)型: 選用Y系列三相異步電動(dòng)機(jī)
(2) 選擇電動(dòng)機(jī)功率
運(yùn)輸機(jī)主軸上所需要的功率:

滾筒的轉(zhuǎn)速: n筒=60×1000V/πD=60×1000×1.50/π×450r/min=63.7r/min
電動(dòng)機(jī)的合理同步轉(zhuǎn)速: 取V帶傳動(dòng)比范圍(表2-2)=2~4;單級(jí)齒輪減速器傳動(dòng)比=3~6.則總傳動(dòng)比合理時(shí)范圍為=6~24。故電動(dòng)機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速的可選范圍為n=(6~24)×63.7r/min=382.2~1528.7r/min
符合這一范圍的同步轉(zhuǎn)速有1000和1500r/min。
根據(jù)容量和轉(zhuǎn)速,由有關(guān)手冊(cè)查出有三種適用的電動(dòng)機(jī)型號(hào):因此有三種傳動(dòng)比方案:如指導(dǎo)書(shū)P15頁(yè)第一表。綜合考慮電動(dòng)機(jī)和傳動(dòng)裝置尺寸、重量、價(jià)格和帶傳動(dòng)、減速器的傳動(dòng)比,選n=1500r/min?
確定電動(dòng)機(jī)型號(hào):
根據(jù)以上選用的電動(dòng)機(jī)類(lèi)型,所需的額定功率及同步轉(zhuǎn)速,選定電動(dòng)機(jī)型號(hào)為Y132S-4。

1從聯(lián)軸器開(kāi)始右起第一段,由于聯(lián)軸器與軸通過(guò)鍵聯(lián)接,則軸應(yīng)該增加5%,取Φ45mm,根據(jù)計(jì)算轉(zhuǎn)矩,查標(biāo)準(zhǔn)GB/T 5014—2003,選用LX3型彈性柱銷(xiāo)聯(lián)軸器,半聯(lián)軸器長(zhǎng)度為L(zhǎng)=84mm,軸段長(zhǎng)L1=82mm
2右起第二段,考慮聯(lián)軸器的軸向定位要求,該段的直徑取Φ52mm,根據(jù)軸承端蓋的裝拆及便于對(duì)軸承添加潤(rùn)滑脂的要求,取端蓋的外端面與半聯(lián)軸器左端面的距離為30mm,故取該段長(zhǎng)為L(zhǎng)2=74mm
3 右起第三段,該段裝有滾動(dòng)軸承,選用深溝球軸承,則軸承有徑向力,而軸向力為零,選用6211型軸承,其尺寸為d×D×B=55×100×21,那么該段的直徑為Φ55mm,長(zhǎng)度為L(zhǎng)3=36
4右起第四段,該段裝有齒輪,并且齒輪與軸用鍵聯(lián)接,直徑要增加5%,大齒輪的分度圓直徑為350.9mm,則第四段的直徑取Φ60mm,齒輪寬為b=60mm,為了保證定位的可靠性,取軸段長(zhǎng)度為L(zhǎng)4=58mm
5右起第五段,考慮齒輪的軸向定位,定位軸肩,取軸肩的直徑為D5=Φ66mm ,長(zhǎng)度為L(zhǎng)5=10mm

八、密封和潤(rùn)滑的設(shè)計(jì)
1.密封
