塑料提桶模具設(shè)計(jì)及其型腔仿真加工
摘要:注塑模具是現(xiàn)在所有塑料模具中使用最廣的模具,能夠成型復(fù)雜的高精度的塑料制品。本課題是對(duì)塑料提桶模具設(shè)計(jì)及其型腔仿真加工。
本模具考慮到年產(chǎn)量、工廠(chǎng)的設(shè)備及塑件的精度要求,選擇一模一腔結(jié)構(gòu)。
該塑料桶桶壁較薄,腔深、型芯長(zhǎng),可能會(huì)造成因型腔、型芯不同而造成塑料壁厚薄不均,從而造成成型困難,廢品率高。這一點(diǎn)對(duì)于薄壁通體尤為重要。針對(duì)這些問(wèn)題采用了型芯和型腔以導(dǎo)柱、導(dǎo)套定位。在桶身高度部分采用了獨(dú)立冷卻系統(tǒng),在用以成型桶底的定模鑲件上,采用環(huán)形水道冷卻,水流的進(jìn)出口設(shè)計(jì)在定模固定板上。型芯冷卻采用中間一主水道進(jìn)水,然后沿圓周均布分成六個(gè)分水道出水,從而使型芯各處得到充分冷卻,整個(gè)模具的溫度場(chǎng)比較均勻。塑件脫模時(shí)采用氣動(dòng)頂出。
注塑模具CAD/CAM技術(shù)的應(yīng)用,從根本上改變了傳統(tǒng)的塑料產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)和模具加工方式,大大地提高了產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量、縮短了開(kāi)發(fā)周期、降低了生產(chǎn)成本、強(qiáng)有力地推動(dòng)了模具工業(yè)的發(fā)展。一些大型的商品化CAD/CAM 軟件,如Pro/Engineer、Unigraphics II、Cimatron、MoldFlow等,都已開(kāi)發(fā)出專(zhuān)門(mén)用于注塑模具設(shè)計(jì)的功能模塊,為模具設(shè)計(jì)提供了十分方便的工具。有資料統(tǒng)計(jì)表明,采用CAD技術(shù)可以使模具設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)間縮短50%。在歐美一些工業(yè)發(fā)達(dá)的國(guó)家,CAD/CAM已經(jīng)成為模具行業(yè)一種普遍應(yīng)用的技術(shù)。在CAD應(yīng)用方面,已經(jīng)超越了甩掉圖板、二維繪圖的初級(jí)階段。在模具設(shè)計(jì)中采用三維CAD軟件的企業(yè)已經(jīng)接近90%。目前,國(guó)內(nèi)也有不少企業(yè)開(kāi)始應(yīng)用CAD軟件進(jìn)行模具設(shè)計(jì)。在設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中制定了合理的工藝方案,滿(mǎn)足了大批量生產(chǎn)要求。同時(shí),還編制了詳細(xì)的工藝文件來(lái)保證模具的順利加工及制品的生產(chǎn)。通過(guò)合理的設(shè)計(jì),本模具滿(mǎn)足生產(chǎn)與應(yīng)用的要求。
