柴油動(dòng)力SUV——變速器設(shè)計(jì)
摘要
汽車(chē)變速器的主要用途是改變發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)輸出的扭矩和轉(zhuǎn)速,使之能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)變速行駛、倒退行駛,并且能夠使駕駛員在不必停止發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)工作就能停車(chē)和停車(chē)時(shí)不必停止發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)動(dòng)作的要求。
本設(shè)計(jì)是設(shè)計(jì)一款能滿足整車(chē)要求,即規(guī)定最高車(chē)速、最大扭矩、最大功率等要求的 SUV車(chē)變速器。通過(guò)分析各類(lèi)型變速器的的結(jié)構(gòu)及性能,最終確定此變速器為中間軸式帶副箱的5+1擋變速器,即有五個(gè)前進(jìn)擋(包括超速擋)和一個(gè)倒擋,采用主、副箱結(jié)構(gòu),提高了軸的剛度。全部使用鎖環(huán)式同步器,使換擋更加平穩(wěn),降低噪聲。為了與整車(chē)相配,通過(guò)設(shè)計(jì)與計(jì)算得應(yīng)該采用直接操縱機(jī)構(gòu)。
通過(guò)傳動(dòng)效率和傳動(dòng)比的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算初步確定變速器主要尺寸,再通過(guò)接觸強(qiáng)度和彎曲強(qiáng)度計(jì)算進(jìn)一步確定齒輪、軸、同步器等零部件的尺寸及材料。從而也可以估算出軸承等元件的壽命。
根據(jù)整車(chē)、離合器、汽車(chē)橫梁及傳動(dòng)軸等的形狀結(jié)構(gòu)可以確定變速箱箱體形狀,也可以確定變速箱與各相鄰部分的連接方法及結(jié)構(gòu)。確定變速器的位置及連接時(shí)應(yīng)該使變速器處于駕駛員最佳換擋位置。
