柴油動力 SUV汽車車架與制動系統(tǒng)設(shè)計
摘要
本部分設(shè)計是柴油動力 SUV汽車車架與制動系統(tǒng)設(shè)計,根據(jù)本次設(shè)計的任務(wù)分別對不同類型的車架,制動器進行結(jié)構(gòu)型式分析,確定設(shè)計方案。
車架設(shè)計,采用梯形車架,由于車架的作用是增加車身的強度和剛度,以承受彎曲和扭曲載荷。本部分設(shè)計的重點是其結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計,重點對其縱橫梁的布置,確定其尺寸參數(shù),在對整車中受最大力的危險截面進行強度,剛度校核,能滿足危險截面的車架的一點也滿足比其受力小的受力截面,給出了強度計算方法并作精確的校核計算,對車架應(yīng)力作了分析,驗證車架強度和剛度合格。
制動系設(shè)計部分,通過制動器的各個主要部件的受力分析及制動力的大小和車輪尺寸確定制動蹄片和制動盤的大小,及制動輪缸的直徑的大小;制動器為前盤后鼓式,即前制動器是浮鉗式制動器,后制動器是領(lǐng)從蹄式制動器,其驅(qū)動機構(gòu)采用雙回路結(jié)構(gòu);駐車制動采用手動駐車,其驅(qū)動機構(gòu)是機械式驅(qū)動機構(gòu)。通過理論的推到計算,并根據(jù)總體參數(shù)和制動器的結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù),對該車的制動性能等做細(xì)致的分析。
