摘要
秸稈是一種潛在的粗飼料資源,我國每年有數(shù)千億斤農(nóng)作物秸稈被粉碎加工成飼料。飼料工業(yè)已經(jīng)發(fā)展成為國民經(jīng)濟(jì)中不可缺少的重要基礎(chǔ)產(chǎn)業(yè)。
9R-28型揉碎機(jī)主要用于粗飼料的加工,它集揉切碎和粉碎等機(jī)型的優(yōu)點(diǎn),可將農(nóng)作物秸稈、牧草、藤蔓等作物莖桿揉碎成絲狀段、既可直接飼喂牲畜,也可將其青貯、氨化、堿化或進(jìn)行其它加工。
本文針對9R-28型揉碎機(jī)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),本文首先分析了揉碎原理,擬定了9R-28型揉碎機(jī)的傳動方案,采用V帶進(jìn)行增速傳動。
然后,對V帶傳動進(jìn)行傳動設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算,確定V帶的形式及帶輪的結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)。
最后,對整個(gè)機(jī)器進(jìn)行了結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),重點(diǎn)對機(jī)架及轉(zhuǎn)子進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)。
本文所設(shè)計(jì)的揉碎機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊,性能優(yōu)良,使用可靠,工作平穩(wěn),操作簡便,適用范圍廣,可廣泛地滿足廣大用戶要求。

ABSCTACT
Straw is a kind of potential forage resources, there are hundreds of billions of pounds of crop straw crushed processed into feed every year in our country. Feed industry has become an important basic industry indispensable to the national economy.
9R-28 rubbing machine is mainly used for processing of coarse fodder, it incorporates the merits of rubbing and crushing machine chopped, the crop straw, grass, crops such as rubber vine Stem Silk shaped section, which can be directly fed to livestock, and also can be processed for the silage, ammoniation, alkalization or.
In this paper, based on the type of 9R-28 rubbing machine design, this paper first analyzes the principle of the transmission scheme for rubber, 9R-28 rubber, using V belt transmission.
Then, the calculation of the transmission design of V belt drive, determination of V belt and pulley structure parameters.
Finally, the whole machine structure design, focuses on the design of the frame and the rotor.
Rubbing machine structure is designed in this paper has compact structure, excellent performance, reliable use, stable work, convenient operation, wide application range, can be used to meet the requirements of customers.
