型彎板沖壓成形工藝及模具設(shè)計
摘 要：本設(shè)計題目為復(fù)合模具設(shè)計，體現(xiàn)了典型復(fù)合模具設(shè)計的要求、內(nèi)容與方向。通過工藝分析以及工藝方案的確定，明確了模具設(shè)計的方向；通過對毛坯尺寸的確定，沖裁力以及壓力中心的計算，初選了壓力機(jī)；并根據(jù)模具的總體結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計思想，對各個零部件進(jìn)行了標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化設(shè)計。
所選的沖裁模具為典型的沖孔落料正裝復(fù)合模，采用后導(dǎo)柱模架，前后送料的方式，用導(dǎo)正銷和擋料銷定位，并采用剛性打料裝置和彈性卸料裝置。這種模具結(jié)構(gòu)適用于沖裁較硬或厚度大于0.3mm的板料。
