wordUnit 3 What courses do you offer? 一、教材分析 這是英語3根底模塊高教版第三單元的容,主要讓學(xué)生了解學(xué)習(xí)、培訓(xùn)和教育相關(guān)主要容,通過聽說熟悉有關(guān)選擇培訓(xùn)學(xué)校時(shí)的相關(guān)表達(dá)方法,通過本課學(xué)習(xí),需要了解Zhang Ling在澳大利來讀書時(shí)做兼職工作的經(jīng)歷、感受與對未來的態(tài)度,從而結(jié)合自己的專業(yè),談?wù)撟约旱募媛毠ぷ鹘?jīng)歷和對學(xué)生從事兼職工作的一些看法。教學(xué)重點(diǎn)、難點(diǎn) 熟悉與培訓(xùn)容相關(guān)的話題詞匯、句型,并能熟練運(yùn)用這些詞句進(jìn)展對話。 能聽懂有關(guān)咨詢培訓(xùn)容的對話,并能在真實(shí)的情境中,使用相關(guān)詞句描述與自己參加培訓(xùn)有關(guān)的容。(1) To make Ss know some purpose of doing part-time jobs. (3) To make Ss think about their own future career plan. 能識別“what引導(dǎo)的主語從句和“It is .的主語從句結(jié)構(gòu)。 能區(qū)分“what引導(dǎo)的主語從句和“what引導(dǎo)的感嘆句。 二、教學(xué)目標(biāo) 1. 詞匯目標(biāo) (1) 學(xué)生能識別offer, course, schedule, lecture, certificate, homepage, register的意思。 (2) 學(xué)生能用get a certificate, offer a course, register on line等重要詞組來描述參加培訓(xùn)的相關(guān)容。2. 能力目標(biāo) (1) 能聽懂關(guān)于課程名稱、時(shí)間、證書和注冊方式等的問題。 (2) 學(xué)生能運(yùn)用 “Im calling to ask if you offer . “Will I get a certificate? “Are there any part-time courses?和“How do I sign up?等句子咨詢有關(guān)培訓(xùn)課程的咨詢。 To make Ss understand the text and grasp the useful information. To let Ss practice their reading skills. To talk about their own views of doing part-time jobs. Show a picture of our training school to the Ss. 設(shè)計(jì)意圖:向?qū)W生呈現(xiàn)一我們學(xué)校附屬培訓(xùn)學(xué)校的圖片,再問學(xué)生這是什么,這樣 讓學(xué)生有親切感,并且直接進(jìn)入本課主題。 2. Ask Ss whether they had some training courses in the training school. 設(shè)計(jì)意圖:先問學(xué)生是否知道本校附屬培訓(xùn)校有哪些培訓(xùn)課程,然后接著問學(xué)生是否 參加過本校的培訓(xùn)課程,參加過什么課程,這個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)的設(shè)置,主要讓學(xué)生用英語說出本校培訓(xùn)課程的名稱。 3. Ask Ss to name out some training courses they know. Teach the new words and phrases 設(shè)計(jì)意圖:上面第二個(gè)步驟已經(jīng)讓學(xué)生說了自己學(xué)校的培訓(xùn)學(xué)校的培訓(xùn)課程,這個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)是進(jìn)一步激活學(xué)生思維,喚醒學(xué)生原有知識,說出除本校培訓(xùn)課程以外的其他更多的熱門培訓(xùn)課程。 4. Brainstorm Training School 設(shè)計(jì)意圖:此環(huán)節(jié)教師把學(xué)生分為四人一組,讓學(xué)生列出和“Training School相關(guān)的詞匯,例如:certificate, courses, time等等,本活動的目的是通過讓學(xué)生思考、討論選擇培訓(xùn)學(xué)校所關(guān)心的問題,激活學(xué)生的知識和語言,為后面的聽力輸入根本詞句,讓學(xué)生在聽的時(shí)候不會有陌生感。 5. Listen to the dialogue between Rick and Staff. (1) Listen and choose the right answer. What course did Rick ask about? A. The course on English. B. The course on Education. C. The course on puter (2) Listen and tick. 聽錄音,選出Rick詢問時(shí)用到的句子。 Will there be lectures on weekends? Im calling to ask if you offer any night courses. When will the course start? (設(shè)計(jì)意圖:本環(huán)節(jié)讓學(xué)生聽一段小對話,布置了兩個(gè)選擇的任務(wù):第一個(gè)任務(wù)是選擇 Rick詢問的培訓(xùn)課程;第二個(gè)選擇任務(wù)是選擇對話中Rick咨詢培訓(xùn)課程中用到的問句。 第一任務(wù)完成的是書本里的Activity 2,第二個(gè)任務(wù)完成的是書本Activity3,但在第二個(gè) 任務(wù)中,增加了幾句后面對話中出現(xiàn)的問句,參加這些問句作為選擇項(xiàng)的目的主要是讓學(xué)生能夠?qū)β犃υ捴谐霈F(xiàn)的新的問句不會感到陌生。) 板書設(shè)計(jì)Unit 3 What courses do you offer? (設(shè)計(jì)意圖:本環(huán)節(jié)主要是讓學(xué)生再聽錄音,然后填上空格中的句子。在聽錄音前,教師可以讓學(xué)生先看一下題目,對問句作一下預(yù)測。因?yàn)楸救私痰陌嗉壋潭容^好,可以這樣做。如果英語程度不是太好的班級,教師可以把句子打亂放在一個(gè)方框中,然后讓學(xué)生選擇,這樣可以降低難度。教參原本設(shè)置是聽錄音,畫出重點(diǎn)句子,本人在這里改一下,變成填空,這樣做是為了更好地讓學(xué)生聽細(xì)節(jié)容,明白本課時(shí)學(xué)的重點(diǎn)句子,比僅僅是看著書聽畫句子更有效。) 4. (Activity 7) (設(shè)計(jì)意圖:教師先讓學(xué)生閱讀這表格,明確表格容,先讓學(xué)生兩人討論如何根據(jù)表格上的容提問,再把問句寫在黑板上,然后針對表格中其中一門課程,展開師生對 話,學(xué)生問,教師回答,這為后面學(xué)生之間的對話作了一個(gè)很好的例。運(yùn)用兩表格, 充分結(jié)合Lead-in和對話局部的容,形成清晰圖式,讓學(xué)生在操練中鞏固和熟練運(yùn)用本課的重點(diǎn)句型和詞匯。通過對活動容的補(bǔ)充積極拓展學(xué)生思維,提高語言的運(yùn)用能力。教師在活動操練完畢時(shí),可以對學(xué)生的表演進(jìn)展評價(jià)。) 6. Discuss and act. (Activity 8) 設(shè)計(jì)意圖:教師設(shè)置了三個(gè)語境,先引導(dǎo)學(xué)生回顧在咨詢信息和回答時(shí)要用到的語 句,然后把學(xué)生分為兩人一小組,讓學(xué)生選擇一個(gè)語境。學(xué)生程度好的話,也可以根據(jù)自己的實(shí)際情況,討論并完成對話,然后教師邀請兩至三組同學(xué)表演。本活動的目的是讓學(xué)生把聽力活動中學(xué)習(xí)的語言知識應(yīng)用到實(shí)際語境中,訓(xùn)練學(xué)生在相對真實(shí)的情境下用適宜的方式和語句咨詢信息的能力,提高學(xué)生語言綜合運(yùn)用能力。 Step 3Homework 1.
