本資料來(lái)源于大家網(wǎng)中考英語(yǔ)論壇Module 2 Great books一周強(qiáng)化一、一周知識(shí)概述本課以談?wù)撝型鈧ト撕退麄兊闹鳛樵?huà)題,要求同學(xué)們?cè)诼?tīng)、說(shuō)、讀、寫(xiě)方面做到:能聽(tīng)懂談?wù)撊宋锘蚪榻B文學(xué)作品的對(duì)話(huà),能談?wù)撟约合矚g的文學(xué)作品,能讀懂介紹和評(píng)價(jià)文學(xué)作品的文章,能學(xué)短文介紹和評(píng)價(jià)自己所喜歡的文學(xué)名著。語(yǔ)言知識(shí)方面要求:1詞匯方面能夠正確使用下列單詞和詞組:work, influence, respect, wise, literature, behaviour, cave, freedom, funeral, social, theme, treasure, clever, dead, pleased, alive, southern, state; as far as, not any more, millions of, run away, for a time, grow up, talk about等。2語(yǔ)法:正確掌握被動(dòng)語(yǔ)態(tài)的基本結(jié)構(gòu)以及一般現(xiàn)在時(shí)的被動(dòng)語(yǔ)態(tài)的概念和用法。二、重難點(diǎn)知識(shí)講解1As far as I remember, it was started by Becky Wang. 憑我記憶,它是由貝基·王創(chuàng)辦的。so/ as far as是習(xí)語(yǔ),意為“(表示程度和范圍)就;至于”。e.g.As far as I know, that is highly unlikely.據(jù)我所知,那很不可能。He isnt coming today, as far as I know.據(jù)我所知,他今天不來(lái)了。2We dont have a school magazine any more. 我們現(xiàn)在再也沒(méi)有???。notany more意為“不再”,同no more.e.g.I shall go there no more. 我再也不去那里了。I shall not go there any more.Lost time will return no more. 失去的時(shí)間回不來(lái)了。3Thats a bit difficult for the school magazine.這些材料對(duì)校刊來(lái)講有點(diǎn)高深吧。a bit difficult意為“有點(diǎn)難”,a bit修飾形容詞difficult. 此時(shí)用法同a little. a bit/a little 作為程度副詞時(shí)可換用,它們不僅能修飾形容詞或副詞的原級(jí),也能修飾它們的比較級(jí),意為“一點(diǎn)兒”。e.g.He felt a bit/a little hungry. 他覺(jué)得有點(diǎn)兒餓。Is the earth a bit/a little farther from the sun in winter? 冬天地球離太陽(yáng)要遠(yuǎn)一點(diǎn)兒?jiǎn)??a bit 用作定語(yǔ)時(shí),意為“一點(diǎn)兒、稍許”,不能直接修飾不可數(shù)名詞,但可用“a bit of + 不可數(shù)名詞”結(jié)構(gòu),此時(shí)a bit of = a little。e.g.He has a bit of/a little money left. 他剩下的錢(qián)很少。She knows a bit of/a little French.她懂一點(diǎn)兒法語(yǔ)。注意:not a bit 表示“一點(diǎn)也不”,相當(dāng)于notat all.e.g.He is not a bit like his brother. 他一點(diǎn)兒也不像他的兄弟。= He is not like his brother at all. 4And Shakespeares plays are seen by millions of people every year.莎士比亞的戲劇每年也有億萬(wàn)觀眾欣賞。millions of意為“數(shù)以萬(wàn)計(jì),成萬(wàn)上億”,表示一個(gè)大約的數(shù)字。如:hundreds of“數(shù)以百計(jì),成百上千”,thousands of表示“數(shù)以千計(jì),成千上萬(wàn)”。特別提示:(1)hundred, thousand, million表示具體數(shù)字時(shí),后面不加s,其前可用one, two, three等數(shù)詞修飾。e.g.There are three thousand students in our school. 我們學(xué)校有三千名學(xué)生。(2)hundred, thousand, million表示不確切的數(shù)字時(shí),要用復(fù)數(shù),并且后面常接of,此時(shí)不能再用one, two, three等詞修飾。e.g.Look! There are thousands of stars in the sky.瞧!天空中有成千上萬(wàn)顆星星。5Mark Twain was an important writer, but he isnt known as a great thinker like Confucius.馬克·吐溫是一位重要的作家,但不像孔子那樣作為偉大的思想家而聞名于世。(1)be known as意思是“以知名;被認(rèn)為是”。當(dāng)主語(yǔ)是表示人的名詞時(shí),表示“以某種身份而出名”。e.g.Zhou Jielun is known as a popular singer. 周杰倫是一位著名的流行歌手。Socrates was known as a great Greek philosopher. 蘇格拉底是一位著名的希臘哲學(xué)家。當(dāng)主語(yǔ)是地點(diǎn)名詞時(shí),表示“以產(chǎn)地和地方而出名?!眅.g.Jingde Town is known as a china-producing place. 景德鎮(zhèn)是一個(gè)出名的瓷器產(chǎn)地。(2)be known to意思是“為某人所熟知”。e.g.The use of gunpowder was known to the Chinese first.火藥的應(yīng)用最早為中國(guó)人民所知。The Pyramids are known to people all over the world.金字塔為全世界人民所知。(3)be known for意思是“因而聞名”。當(dāng)主語(yǔ)為表示人的名詞時(shí),表示“以某種知識(shí)、技能、作品而出名”。e.g.Schuman was known for his piano concerto.舒曼以他的鋼琴協(xié)奏曲而著名。He is known for his paintings. 他因他的油畫(huà)作品而出名。當(dāng)主語(yǔ)為地點(diǎn)時(shí),意為“以某種特產(chǎn)、風(fēng)景而出名”。e.g.Kwei Chou is known for its Mao Tai.貴州以茅臺(tái)而聞名。China is well known for the marvelous sight of the Great Wall.中國(guó)以長(zhǎng)城的美妙奇景而聞名。6In fact, he wrote my favourite book The Adventures of Tom Sawyer.事實(shí)上,我最喜歡的小說(shuō)湯姆·索亞歷險(xiǎn)記就是他寫(xiě)的。(1)in fact意為“事實(shí)是,事實(shí)上”。e.g.She doesnt like him much in fact I think she hates him!她不很喜歡他;事實(shí)上,我認(rèn)為她恨他!I said it was Tuesday, but in fact it was Monday.我說(shuō)那天是星期二,實(shí)際上是星期一。(2)favourite意為“喜愛(ài)的,寵愛(ài)的,中意的”,是形容詞,通常用作定語(yǔ)。e.g.my favorite book 我愛(ài)讀的書(shū)Oranges are my favorite fruit.柑橘是我最喜愛(ài)的水果。Baked apples are his favourite dish.烘蘋(píng)果是他愛(ài)吃的菜。favourite還可用作名詞,意為“特別喜愛(ài)的物;特別喜愛(ài)的人”。e.g.Davids a great favourite with his teacher.大衛(wèi)是他的老師最為喜歡的學(xué)生。These novels are my favourites.這些是我最喜歡的小說(shuō)書(shū)。7He hides and watches for a time, and then suddenly he appears. Jane looks after the cat.如果想要說(shuō)“這些歌曲受到孩子們的喜愛(ài)”、“這只貓由簡(jiǎn)照看”,該怎樣用英語(yǔ)表達(dá)呢?這兩組句子表達(dá)的重點(diǎn)很不一樣:第一組句子側(cè)重“人”,即某人怎樣;而第二組句子側(cè)重“事”,即某事如何。所以,第一組句子使用主動(dòng)語(yǔ)態(tài),而第二組句子使用被動(dòng)語(yǔ)態(tài)。被動(dòng)語(yǔ)態(tài)的表達(dá)有固定的結(jié)構(gòu)。我們先來(lái)對(duì)比以下兩組句子:從以上對(duì)比我們可以看出被動(dòng)語(yǔ)態(tài)的構(gòu)成和用法:1被動(dòng)語(yǔ)態(tài)的構(gòu)成被動(dòng)語(yǔ)態(tài)中動(dòng)作接受者作句子主語(yǔ),動(dòng)作執(zhí)行者置于句末,用by連接,有時(shí)可以省去不用。謂語(yǔ)動(dòng)詞由“be+動(dòng)詞的過(guò)去分詞”構(gòu)成,一般現(xiàn)在時(shí)被動(dòng)語(yǔ)態(tài)的結(jié)構(gòu)為:被動(dòng)語(yǔ)態(tài)的句型總結(jié)如下:肯定句:主語(yǔ)be過(guò)去分詞(by)否定句:主語(yǔ)be not過(guò)去分詞(by)一般疑問(wèn)句:Be主語(yǔ)過(guò)去分詞(by)?特殊疑問(wèn)句:特殊疑問(wèn)詞be主語(yǔ)過(guò)去分詞(by)?下面我們來(lái)看一些具體例子:Is the boy called Jack? 這個(gè)男孩兒叫杰克嗎?Yes, he is./ No, he isnt. 是的。/不是。The baby is not looked after by his father. 這個(gè)小孩兒不由他父親照顧。What languages are spoken in Canada? 加拿大說(shuō)什么語(yǔ)言?French and English. 法語(yǔ)和英語(yǔ)。2被動(dòng)語(yǔ)態(tài)的用法同學(xué)們會(huì)問(wèn),什么時(shí)候使用被動(dòng)語(yǔ)態(tài)呢?一般說(shuō)來(lái),被動(dòng)語(yǔ)態(tài)用于以下幾種情況:(1)要表達(dá)“被”、“受”、“遭”、“讓”之類(lèi)的語(yǔ)義。e.g.教師很受尊敬。Teachers are well respected.這孩子很招人喜愛(ài)。The child is well loved by people.(2)強(qiáng)調(diào)動(dòng)作接受者。e.g.他遠(yuǎn)近聞名。He is known far and wide.(3)不知道或沒(méi)有必要指出動(dòng)作的執(zhí)行者。e.g.房子每天都有人打掃。The room is cleaned every day.總的說(shuō)來(lái),判斷該不該用被動(dòng)語(yǔ)態(tài)主要是看主語(yǔ)是否為謂語(yǔ)動(dòng)詞的行為對(duì)象。3主動(dòng)語(yǔ)態(tài)變被動(dòng)語(yǔ)態(tài)把主動(dòng)語(yǔ)態(tài)的句子變?yōu)楸粍?dòng)語(yǔ)態(tài)的方法很簡(jiǎn)單:把原句中的賓語(yǔ)變?yōu)橹髡Z(yǔ);動(dòng)詞改為被動(dòng)形式,即be +過(guò)去分詞;原來(lái)的主語(yǔ),如果需要的話(huà)放在by后面以指明做事的人或物。如果沒(méi)必要,可以省略。例如:主動(dòng)語(yǔ)態(tài)變?yōu)楸粍?dòng)語(yǔ)態(tài)的步驟如下:步驟1以主動(dòng)句的賓語(yǔ)為主語(yǔ)。步驟2將動(dòng)詞改為“be +過(guò)去分詞”的被動(dòng)語(yǔ)態(tài)構(gòu)成。這一步是關(guān)鍵,特別要注意be動(dòng)詞要以新的主語(yǔ)的人稱(chēng)、數(shù)來(lái)變化,同時(shí)時(shí)態(tài)不變,主動(dòng)語(yǔ)態(tài)是什么時(shí)態(tài),被動(dòng)語(yǔ)態(tài)仍保持什么時(shí)態(tài)。步驟3將主動(dòng)語(yǔ)態(tài)的主語(yǔ)改為by形式放在句尾,注意如果是代詞,則由主格改為賓格。 更多精品盡在大家網(wǎng)http:/www.TopS
