細(xì)節(jié)性題目是閱讀理解題中出現(xiàn)最多的一類(lèi)問(wèn)題，大約占40%左右。問(wèn)題有兩種基本形式：完全式和不完全式，其中不完全式的問(wèn)題占絕大多數(shù)。一篇文章必須通過(guò)許多細(xì)節(jié)的信息來(lái)解釋或表達(dá)主題，體現(xiàn)主題思想。弄懂這些細(xì)節(jié)對(duì)于理解全文的作用是不容忽視的。因此要在閱讀時(shí)準(zhǔn)確把握所提供的信息。這類(lèi)考題是比較直接的，理解字面意思就可答題，有時(shí)則是比較間接的，要通過(guò)歸納、綜合才能得出答案。 做細(xì)節(jié)題時(shí)，大多數(shù)學(xué)生易出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題是閱讀速度太慢，缺乏一定的快速閱讀技巧，考生要培養(yǎng)自己快速獲取信息的能力。解答此類(lèi)試題時(shí)，不必通篇細(xì)看原文，而應(yīng)采取“帶著問(wèn)題找答案”的方法，先從問(wèn)題中抓住關(guān)鍵性詞語(yǔ)，然后以此為線(xiàn)索，運(yùn)用略讀及查讀的技巧快速在文章中去找與此問(wèn)題相關(guān)的段落、語(yǔ)句，仔細(xì)品味，對(duì)照比較，確定答案。除了運(yùn)用掃讀法(scanning)外，還可以兼用排除法，將“文中無(wú)此細(xì)節(jié)”和“與此細(xì)節(jié)相反”的選項(xiàng)排除。 細(xì)節(jié)理解是文章的有機(jī)組成部分，是作者表達(dá)中心思想的具體手段。讀者要準(zhǔn)確理解一篇文章，就必須重視人名、日期、事實(shí)、數(shù)據(jù)和地點(diǎn)等。細(xì)節(jié)理解型題目又分直接信息題型、間接信息題型以及信息綜合類(lèi)題型。 I just finished the household chores for the night and was preparing to go to bed，when I heard a noise in the front of the house.I opened the door to the front room and to my surprise，Santa himself stepped out from behind the Christmas tree.
