The Fall of the House of UsherThe novel The Fall of the House of Usher is regarded as the worlds most famous short stories. The story described the twin brother and sister of a noble family named the Usher, who lived in their old gloomy house that made people feel stifling. The sister Madeline was long-continued ill, and her brother Roderick Usher had been baffled with nameless horror, a little insane. Roderick invited“me” to company with him to get rid of his depress. Roderick buried his sister before she was eventually died. The reason is that he has an unexplained psychology illness and seriously suffering. After that, Roderick was more miserable and mental-afflicted. Until a wet and windy night, Madeline came out of the coffin and dragged her brother, died together.
